Claims (13)
- 연속적으로 이송되는 빌레트 단부를 경압연하는 단계와; 플래시버트용접기에 의해 선행 빌레트의 후단부를 후행 빌레트(succeeding billet)의 전단부와 용접하는 단계와; 용접부분에 있는 버르(burr)를 제거하는 단계와; 용접된 빌레트를 압연하는 단계를 포함하는 빌레트 연속압연 방법.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경압연이 빌레트의 수직표면과 수평표면 모두에 대해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 방법.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경압연이 빌레트 전단부와 후단부 각각으로부터 30cm 내지 100cm 떨어진 부분에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 방법.
- (정정) 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경압연이 빌레트 선단부와 후단부 각각으로부터 30㎝ 내지 100㎝ 떨어진 부분에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 방법.
- 빌레트 단부를 경압연하는 장치와; 선행 빌레트의 후단부를 후행 빌레트의 전단부와 용접하는 이동 플래시버트 용접기와; 용접부분의 버르를 제거하는 버르제거기와; 용접된 빌레트를 연속적으로 압연하는 압연기라인을 포함하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제5항에 있어서, 상기 빌레트 단부를 경압연하는 장치가 압연기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압연기는, 이동 플래시버트용접기의 클램프면이 빌레트의 수직면과 일치하는 경우에는 수직 압연기이며, 클램프면이 빌레트의 수평면과 일치하는 경우에는 수평 압연기인 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압연기에 특정 크기의 오목부를 가지는 한 쌍의 롤이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압연기에 특정 크기의 오목부를 가지는 한 쌍의 롤이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제5항에 있어서, 상기 빌레트 단부를 경압연하는 장치가, 압연기와, 상기 압연기의 도입부쪽(entry side)과 인도부쪽(delivery side)에 각각 설치되며 상기 압연기의 롤에 대해 수직인 두 쌍의 비구동롤로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압연기는 이동 플래시버트용접기의 클램프면이 빌레트의 수직면과 일치하는 경우에는 수직 압연기이며, 클램프면이 빌레트의 수평면과 일치하는 경우에는 수평 압연기인 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압연기에 특정 크기의 오목부를 가지는 한 쌍의 롤이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
- (정정) 제11항에 있어서, 상기 압연기에 특정 크기의 오목부를 가지는 한 쌍의 롤이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌레트 연속압연 설비.
