Claims (8)
- 투명기판상에 복수의 형광체층과 상기 형광체층의 투명기판측에 형광체층 발광색에 대응하는 칼라안료를 포함하는 광학 필터층과, 흑색안료입자를 포함하는 블랙매트릭스층을 갖는 표시면에 있어서, 광학 필터층은 평균 입자직경 0.2㎛이하의 칼라안료입자를 포함하며, 직사각형 도트형상, 원형 도트형상, 또는 스트라이프형상으로 투명기판상에 형성되고, 블랙매트릭스층은 평균 입자직경 0.2 내지 5㎛의 흑색안료입자를 포함하며, 상기 광학 필터층의 각 도트 또는 스트라이프의 중앙부를 제외하고 그 둘레가장자리영역을 덮도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필터층은 적안료입자를 포함하는 적색광학필터층과, 청안료입자를 포함하는 청색광학필터층과, 녹안료입자를 포함하는 녹색광학필터층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필터층의 간격은 흑색안료입자로 메워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필터층은 틈없이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면.
- 투명기판상에 평균입자직경 0.2㎛이하의 칼라안료입자를 포함하는 칼라안료 분산액을 도포, 건조하여 칼라 안료 분산액 도막을 형성하고, 상기 도막을 패터닝하여 직사각형 도트형상, 원형 도트형상, 또는 스트라이프 형상의 칼라광학필터층을 형성하는 공정 : 상기 칼라광학필터층상에 평균입자직경 0.2 내지 5㎛의 흑색안료입자를 포함하는 흑색안료 분산액을 도포, 건조하여 흑색안료층을 형성하고, 상기 흑색안료층을 패터닝하여 상기 칼라광학필터층의 각 도트 또는 스트라이프의 둘레가장자리영역을 제외하고 흑색안료층을 부분적으로 제거하고, 칼라광학필터층의 각 도트 또는 스트라이프의 중앙부를 노출시켜 칼라광학필터층의 각 도트 또는 스트라이프의 둘레가장자리영역을 덮도록 블랙매트릭스층을 형성하는 공정 : 및 칼라광학필터층상에 형광체를 포함하는 현탁액을 도포하고, 형광체 도막을 형성하여 패터닝에 의해 상기 광학필터층상에 상기 광학필터층에 포함되는 안료의 색에 대응하는 발광색을 갖는 형광체층을 임의 순서로 형성하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광학필터의 형성공정에 있어서, 상기 칼라 안료 분산액으로서 각각 적색안료입자를 포함하는 녹색안료 분산액을 이용하고, 상기 광학필터층의 형성공정을 임의의 색순서로 실시하고, 적안료입자를 포함하는 적색광학필터층과, 청안료입자를 포함하는 청색광학필터층과, 녹안료입자를 포함하는 녹색광학필터층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 칼라광학필터층을 형성하는 공정은 칼라 안료와 레지스트를 포함하는 분산액을 도포하고 도포막을 형성하는 공정, 상기 도포막을 빛에 노 출하는 공정 및 노광된 도포막을 현상하는 공정을 색의 수에 따라서 반복하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면의 제조방법.
- 상기 칼라광학필터층은 제1광학필터층과 제2광학필터층을 포함하고, 상기 칼라 광학 필터층의 형성공정은 제1안료 분산액을 도포하기 전에 레지스트 용액을 도포하여 레지스트층을 형성하는 공정, 상기 레지스트층을 노광, 현상하므로서 제2칼라광학필터층을 형성하는 영역에 레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 공정, 상기 레지스트 패턴상에 상기 제1안료 분산액을 도포, 건조하여 안료 분산막을 형성하는 공정, 상기 제1안료 분산막상에 레지스트 분해액을 적용하고, 상기 제2칼라광학필터층을 형성해야 할 영역내의 레지스트층 패턴과 함께 그위에 형성된 제1색의 안료 분산막을 제거하고, 상기 영역내의 기판을 노출하는 공정, 노출된 기판상에 제2안료 분산액을 도포하여 제2안료 분산막을 형성하는 공정, 상기 안료분산막을 빛에 노출시키고 현상하므로서 제2칼라광학필터층을 패터닝하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시면의 제조방법.
