Claims (6)
- R(여기서, R은 Y를 함유하는 희토류 원소 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이다) 10 내지 30원자%, B 2 내지 28원자% 및 Fe 65 내지 82원자%(단, Fe 양의 50원자% 이하는 Co로 치환할 수 있다)를 함유하는 합금 분말과, 윤활제로서 합금분말의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 2중량%의 비율로 존재하는 하나 이상의 붕산에스테르계 화합물과의 혼합물로 이루어진 희토류·철계 소결 영구자석 제조용 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금 분말이 합금 주괴를 조분쇄 및 미분쇄하여 수득된 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금 분말이 합금 용융물을 단롤법 또는 쌍롤법을 사용하여 두께가 0.05 내지 3㎜이고, 결정 입자 직경이 3 내지 30㎛인 구조로 이루어진 박판 또는 박편으로 주조하고, 이를 조분쇄 및 미분쇄하여 수득된 성형 재료.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 성형 재료를 0.5 내지 3t/㎠의 압력에서 가압 성형하고, 수득된 가압 분체를 1,000 내지 1.100℃에서 1 내지 8시간 동안 소결하여 이루어진 R-Fe-B계 소결 영구자석의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가압 성형을 세기가 8kOe 이상인 자기장 중에서 실시하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 소결 후에 수득된 소결체를 500 내지 600℃에서 1 내지 6시간 동안 시효처리하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
