Description
Claims (11)
- a) 수용 유리 및 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면으로 이루어진 표면을 가지며 이들 사이에 접착제 물질이 있는 복합 구조물을 형성하는 단계, b)상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면에 연질 플라스틱 필름을 이형가능하게 접착시키는 단계, c)상기 복합 구조물 위에 커버플레이트를 위치시키는 단계, 및 d)상기 커버플레이트 및 상기 수용 유리에 충분한 열 및 압력을 적용하여 상기 복합 구조물의 요소들을 결합시키고, 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름을 변형시켜 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면과 상기 커버플레이트 사이에 존재하는 미립자 불순물이 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름에 포획되도록 하는 동시에 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름 표면의 광학 일체성을 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 커버플레이트 및 수용 유리에 열 및 압력을 적용하여 유리/플라스틱 표면 적층체의 요소들을 결합시키는 상기 적층체의 제조 도중 미립자 불순물에 의해 야기되는 광학적 결함을 억제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름을 저 점착성의 감압성 접착제에 의해 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면에 이형가능하게 접착시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름이 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항에있어서, 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고 상기 접착제 물질이 폴리비닐 부티랄인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 물질의 연속상 필름을 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면상에 코팅시킴으로써 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름을 접착시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름을 상기 커버플레이트에 접착시켜 상기 커버플레이트가 상기 복합 구조물 상부에 위치할 때 상기 필름이 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면에 이형가능하게 접착되도록 하는 방법.
- 유리층, 유리층의 내측 표면에 결합된 내마모성 중합성 필름 및 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 외측 표면에 이형가능하게 결합된 연질 플라스틱 필름을 포함하는 복합 유리/플라스틱 적층 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름이 폴리에틸렌인 적층 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 적층 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유리층을 폴리비닐 부티랄 필름에 의해 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름에 결합시키는 적층 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 연질 플라스틱 필름을 상기 내마모성 중합성 필름의 표면으로부터 벗겨내어 가시성 광학적 결함이 없고 탁월한 광학적 외관을 나타내는 적층체를 노출시키는 적층 구조물.
