Description
Claims (13)
- 서보제어(servo control)가 이루어지고 유압변위발생장치로서 설계되는 서보모터(servomotor)를 유압서보밸브에 연결시키는 유압관들의 연결부품상에 위치하며, 축방향구멍을 가진 원판모양의 밸브운반체를 가지고, 유압매체가 유동가능한 밸브운반체의 상기 축방향구멍들이 밸브운반체의 단면상에 볼트로 고정된 소형의 밸브스프링판들 또는 스프링이 장착된 밸브몸체들에 의해서 제어가능하거나 상기 밸브스프링 판들과 함께 밸브몸체에 의해서 제어가능한 댐퍼밸브에 있어서, 밸브운반체(18)가 각각의 유압관(7)에 구성된 유압관쪽 연결부품(10)상에 고정되게 배열되고, 크기가 작은 밸브스프링판(23) 또는 밸브몸체(20)가 상기 밸브운반체(18)상에 확고하게 배열되거나 또는 상기 밸브스프링판(23)과 함께 밸브몸체(20)가 상기 밸브운반체(18)상에 확고하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원통형의 컵(cub)모양을 형성하며, 중심이 비어있고 외부나사(11)를 가진 연결부품(10)은 한쪽단부면에서 단부면개구부(17)를 가지며, 다른 한쪽단부면에 배열된 플랜지(15)와 외부나사(11)사이에 상기 단부면개구부로부터 축 방향으로 이격된 반경방향개구부(16)들이 배열되고, 상기 반경방향개구부(16)들은 밸브운반체(18)내의 축방향구멍(24)들을 통해 단부면개극부(17)와 상호작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연결부품(10)의 중심에 위치한 축방향의 볼트(19)가 밸브운반체(18)상에 배열되고, 연결부품(10)의 중심위치에서 상기 볼트(19)가 밸브운반체(18)내부의 축 방향구멍(24)과 상호작용하는 한 개이상의 밸브스프링판(23)들을 밸브운반체(18)의 한쪽단면에 고정시키며, 밸브운반체(18)의 다른 한쪽단면에서 축방향의 저널(journal)(19')을 형성하고, 밸브운반체(18)내부의 축 방향구멍(24)과 상호작용하는 원형판구조의 밸브몸체(20)가 상기 저널(19')위에서 안내되며, 밸브몸체(20)를 밸브운반체(18)위에 가압하고 저널(19')의 플랜지위에 지지되는 나선형의 압축스프링(21)이 상기 저널(19')위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 밸브운반체(18)내부의 중심구멍내부로 수용되는 볼트(19)의 구성부분의 직경보다 저널(19')의 직경이 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 한 개 또는 여러 개의 밸브스프링판(23)을 고정시키는 리벳(rivet)으로 상기 볼트(19)의 한쪽단부가 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 밸브운반체(18)의 중심영역에 고정되어 상기 밸브스프링판(23)에 축방향인장력을 가하는 원판(22)이 리벳에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 밸브운반체(18)의 중심구멍내에서 상기 볼트(19)가 스프링클립(25)에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두 개의 구성부(10', 10)로부터 연결부품(10)이 서로 끼워맞춤되고 서로 용접되며, 한 개의 구성부(10)가 축방향으로 폐쇄된 연결부품(10)의 단부를 형성하고, 다른 한 개의 구성부(10')가 밸브운반체(18)에 일체로 연결되거나 밸브운반체(18)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연결부품(10)이 분말야금법으로 제조되거나, 연결부품(10) 또는 밸브운반체(18)를 형성하는 한 개 이상의 구성부(10', 10)가 분말야금법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부품(10)이 플랜지(flange)로서 설계되고, 상기 플랜지위에 한 개의 유압관 또는 여러 개의 유압관들이 고정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부품(10)내에서 또 다른 댐퍼밸브가 이미 설치된 댐퍼밸브와 평행하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 연결부품(10)이 유압제품의 고정요소로서 작용하는 플랜지부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차량에 구성된 동력조향장치의 유압서보밸브(5)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼밸브.
