Description
Claims (14)
- 필수적으로 기저층, 팽윤성 점토 및 피복층으로 구성되고, 상기 층중 하나 이상이 부직물이며, 건조 분말 또는 과립상의 팽윤성 점토를 기저층에 도포하고, 피복층을 그위에 얹어 생성된 삼중층 물질을 니들 펀칭을 위해 기저층 및 피복층과 함께 니들 펀칭 기계에 통과시키는, 물 또는 오일 불투과성 밀봉 시이트의 연속 제조 방법에 있어서, 니들 펀칭 이전에 분말상의 팽윤성 점토를 부직물로 구성된 피복층의 상단 표면에 도포하고, 생성된 사중층 물질을 니들 펀칭한 후, 피복층내로 니들 펀칭된 팽윤성 점토를 물로 습윤화하여 점토를 팽창시키고, 다시 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 물 또는 오일 불투과성 밀봉 시이트의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기저층이 필름임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 큰 공극으로 구성된 공극 구조의, 강화 또는 부직 물질 또는 심지어 특별히 강화되지 않은 비강화 교차 섬유 주름형 부직물 또는 랜덤 섬유 부직물을 부직물, 직물 또는 편물, 또는 필림(합성 수지 필름, 직물 또는 종이로 강화된 합성 수지 필름)의 기저층에 도포하고, 도포 후 바람직한 양의 분말 또는 과립의 팽윤성 점토를 구조상에 뿌리고, 피복된 기저층을 니들 펀칭 기계에 통과시키고 공극 구조내로 니들 펀칭된 팽윤성 점토 및 전 구조를 니들 펀칭에 의해 동시에 강화시킨 후 혼성물 유리 측면 또는 양 측면을 물로 습윤화 시키고 최종적으로 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는, 필수적으로 부직물 및 팽윤성 점토로 구성된 물 또는 오일 불투과성 밀봉시이트의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 니들 펀칭 대신에 편성법 또는 봉제법을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 종이로 구성된 기저층을 미리 습윤화 시킨 후, 습윤화된 노출부 한쪽 측면으로부터 완전하게 또는 불완전하게 제거하고 다시 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 적외선 가열에 의해 또는 건조로 또는 열기 터널내에서 건조 조작을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 벤토나이트가 특정량의 잔류 수분만을 함유할 때 까지 상기 건조 조작을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 니들 펀칭 대신에 편성법 또는 봉제법을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 종이로 구성된 기저층을 미리 습윤화 시킨 후, 습윤화된 노출부 한쪽 측면으로부터 완전하게 또는 불완전하게 제거하고 다시 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적외선 가열에 의해 또는 건조로 또는 열기 터널 내에서 건조 조작을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 벤토나이트가 특정량의 잔류 수분만을 함유할 때까지 상기 건조 조작을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽윤성 점토가 벤토나이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 직물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 팽윤성 점토가 벤토나이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
