Claims (4)
- 코팅하고자 하는 금속 표면에 샌드 블라스팅, 화학적 에칭, 전해 연마를 순차적, 또는 반복적으로 사용하여 표면 처리를 한 후 투명한 산화물의 코팅층을 입히는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 표면 코팅방법.
- 코팅하고자 하는 금속 표면에는 금속 산화물 박막층 밑에 그 산화물과 동일한 성분의 금속으로 이루어진 투명한 산화물의 코팅층을 입히는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 표면 코팅방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층의 두께가 50∼1000nm의 투명박막으로 하여 빛의 간섭 효과에 의한 장식효과를 나타내게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 표면 코팅방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 투명박막이 각종 금속의 산화물로서 가시광선 영역에서 50% 이상의 투과도를 나타내는 물짐임을 특징으로 하는 금속제품의 표면 코팅방법.
