Claims (1)
- 스텐레스 강판의 표면에 산화막을 형성시켜 색상을 내어 장식품에 이용하는 칼라 스텐레스 강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 진공중에서 이온화전극과 필라멘트를 이용하여 산소가스를 이온화시킨 후, 기판에 음의 전압을 인가하여 이온화된 산소를 가속시켜 스텐레스 강판의 표면에 산화막을 형성하되, 상기 이온화전극의 전압이 50∼100V이고, 상기 기판 바이어스 전압이 300∼700V이며, 상기 산소가스 압력의 범위가 10-4∼10-3토르인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 스텐레스 강판의 제조방법.
