Claims (4)
- 자기적으로 지지된 이동 부재의 변위를 명령에 따라 제어하기 위한 제어 장치에 있어서, 이동부재의 변위를 검출하여 이동부재를 서보 제어(servo control)함으로써 자기 지지의 안정성 및 로버스트성을 보장하는 피드백 회로 및; 명령을 수신하는 입력 단자와 상기 피드백 회로에 접속된 출력을 가지며, 상기 자기 지지의 안정성 및 로버스트성을 방해하지 않으면서 상기 피드백 회로와 협력하여 상기 이동부재의 변위를 상기 명령에 따라 제어하는 피드 포워드 회로로서, 상기 입력 단자에 접속된 저역 통과 필터와, 상기 입력 단자에 접속된 고역 통과 필터와, 상기 저역 통과 필터의 출력을 보상하는 보상 필터와, 상기 고역 통과 필터의 출력의 이득을 조정하는 이득 조정기와, 상기 저역 통과 필터와 고역 통과 필터로부터의 출력을 서로 차동적으로 처리하는 차동 증폭기를 구비하는 피드 포워드 회로를 포함하는 자기적으로 지지된 이동부재의 변위 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 회로는 변위 검출기, 적분 보상기, 위상 전진 보상기 및 전력 증폭기로 구성된 폐루프를 구비하여 상기 자기적 지지를 달성하는 자기적으로 지지된 이동부재의 변위 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피드 포워드 회로는 상기 전력 증폭기의 입력 포트에 접속된 출력 단자를 갖는 자기적으로 지지된 이동부재의 변위 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저역 통과 필터는, 상기 명령에 대한 원하는 응답 특성에 따라 미리 설정된 다항식 분모를 포함하는 전달 함수를 가지며, 상기 고역 통과 필터는 상기 저역 통과 필터의 전달 함수의 다항식 분모의 계수와 동일한 계수를 갖는 또다른 다항식 분모를 포함하는 또다른 전달 함수를 포함하는 자기적으로 지지된 이동 부재의 변위 제어 장치.
