Claims (5)
- 실린더 블록에 설치한 제1워터재킷과, 실린더 헤드에 설치한 제2워터재킷과, 제1워터재킷 및 제2워터재킷에 각각 복수의 관통구멍을 통하여 냉각수를 분배하는 냉각수 분배실과, 냉각수 분배실에 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각수 공급통로와, 제1워터재킷 및 제2워터재킷을 통과한 냉각수가 합류하는 냉각수 배출통로와, 냉각수 공급통로 및 냉각수 배출통로를 접속하는 바이패스통로와, 바이패스통로를 개폐하는 릴리프 밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 선외기용 엔진.
- 엔진블록에 설치한 워터재킷과, 워터재킷의 냉각수의 흐름방향 상류 쪽에 접속된 제1냉각수 통로와, 워터재킷의 냉각수의 흐름방향 하류 쪽에 접속된 제2냉각수 통로와, 제1냉각수 통로에 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각수펌프와, 제2냉각수 통로에 설치된 더어모 밸브를 구비한 선외기용 엔진으로서, 제1냉각수 통로를 제2냉각수 통로에 있어서의 더어모 밸브보다도 냉각수의 흐름방향 하류위치에 접속하는 바이패스통로에, 제1냉각수 통로로부터 제2냉각수 통로에 냉각수를 바이패스 시키는 릴리프 밸브를 설치함과 동시에, 워터재킷 및 더어모 밸브 사이의 제2냉각수 통로에 세정수 도입부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 선외기용 엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정수 도입부에 그 세정수 도입부로부터의 냉각수의 유출을 규제하는 1방향 밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 선외기용 엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정수 도입부를 엔진블록에 형성한 팽출부에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 선외기용 엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 윗면에 엔진을 지지하는 본체 케이스와, 본체 케이스에 고정되어 엔진의 하반부를 덮는 하부케이스와, 하부케이스의 위 가장자리에 붙이고 떼기가 자유롭게 고정되어 엔진의 상반부를 덮는 상부커버와, 하부케이스의 아래 가장자리에 볼트로 고정되고, 거기서부터 아래쪽으로 뻗어서 본체 케이스의 외면에 이어지는 하부커버와, 하부케이스에 설치되어 하부커버에 의하여 덮인 세정수 공급부와, 상부커버 및 하부케이스의 내부에 배치되어 세정수 공급부 및 세정수 도입부를 접속하는 세정수 공급통로와, 세정수 공급부에 대향하는 하부커버에 설치된 개폐가 자유로운 덮개체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 선외기용 엔진.
