Claims (2)
- 회전자를 수직으로 지지하는 제어 코일; 및 제어 코일과 회전자 사이의 간격이 증가함에 따라 제어 전류를 증가시키는 전류 제어 수단으로 이루어지고, 상기 전류 제어 수단은 제어 코일과 회전자 사이의 간격이 어떤 특정 거리보다 클때 보다는 제어 코일과 회전자 사이의 간격이 어떤 특정 거리보다 짧을 때 보다 큰 게인으로 제어 전류를 제어하는 게인 제어 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류 제어 수단은 제어가능한 간격의 전체 범위에서 거의 일정한 게인으로 제어 전류를 제어하지만, 회전자의 고주파 영역에서는 상기 게인 제어 수단으로 제어하는 것을 중단하는 주파수 응답 수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 베어링 장치.
