Claims (6)
- (1) 75 내지 85중량%의 조(crude) 비스페놀 및 15 내지 25중량%의 물의 뜨거운 혼합물로 구성되는 단일 액상을 형성시키고 ; (2) 혼합물 내에서 비스페놀이 풍부한 액상, 물이 풍부한 상 및 비스페놀의 70% 내지 95% 를 구성하는 결정상을 유지시키기에 충분한 결합된 스트림의 온도에서, 제1결정화 영역에 온수 스트림과 함께 상기 혼합물을 연속적으로 공급하고 ; (3) 총 비스페놀의 90% 내지 99% 가 결정화될 때까지, 85℃ 내지 97℃로 작동되는 제2결정화 영역에 물 및 비스페놀의 삼-상 혼합물을 통과시킨 다음 ; (4) 정제된 비스페놀 결정을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는, 조 비스페놀의 연속 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비스페놀이 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물이 pH 1 내지 6인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서의 온도가 99℃ 내지 101℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과정의 전 또는 후에 용융 결정화가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도를 조절하기 위해 증기 또는 냉수가 결정 장치 내로 주입되는 방법.
