Claims (13)
- - 수소화 반응의 85% 이상은 제1단계에서 수행하고, - 제2단계에서의 촉매의 담체물질의 입자크기는 1 내지 10mm이며, 담체물질은 그 표면에 산 농도 Ho가 2.8 내지 4.8인 산성 핵(acidic centre)을 0.05mmol/g 이상을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 제1단계에서는 입상 알칼리 구리촉매를 사용하고 제2단계에서는 입상 니켈-함유 촉매를 사용하여 다단계로 알데히드를 기체상으로 수소화시킴으로써 포화 알콜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 반응의 90 내지 98%를 제1단계에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서의 촉매의 담체물질이 0.1 내지 0.4mmol/g의 산성 핵을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
