Claims (4)
- 복수의 상권선(相卷線)을 갖는 고정자 및 영구자석을 갖는 회전자로 구성된 직류 브러쉬 모터의 각 상권선으로 전류를 순차적으로 전환하여 공급하는 인버터회로와, 상기 직류 브러쉬 모터의 회전자 위치검출신호를 받아 상기 인버터회로의 스위칭소자를 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 인버터회로 및 직류 브러쉬리스 모터간에 접속과 이탈이 가능하게 설치된 커넥터를 구비한 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 인버터회로로의 입력전류가 소정치 이하가 될 때, 또는 서비스운전모드 스위치가 조작될 때에 서비스 운전을 선택하는 수단과, 서비스운전이 선택될 때에 상기 인버터회로를 특정한 일정주파수로 강제 전류시키는 것에 의해 상기 서비스운전을 실행하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 서비스 운전의 실행시간을 소정 시간내로 제한하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 구동장치.
- 복수의 상권선을 갖는 고정자 및 영구자석을 갖는 회전자로 구성된 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 회전자의 위치검출신호를 받아 상기 인버터회로의 스위칭소자를 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 인버터회로 및 직류 브러쉬리스 모터간에 접속과 이탈이 가능하게 설치된 커넥터를 구비하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 인버터회로로 입력전류가 소정값 이하가 될 때, 또는 서비스운전모드 스위치가 조작될 때에 서비스 운전을 선택하는 수단과, 서비스운전이 선택될 때에 상기 인버터회로를 특정한 일정주파수로 강제 전류시키는 것에 의해 상기 서비스운전을 실행하는 제어수단을 구비하는 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 구동장치에 있어서, 이상이 생길 때, 상기 커넥터를 떼어 놓는 것에 의해 서비스운전을 실행하는 동시에 상기 인버터회로의 출력전압이 평행상태에 있는지의 여부를 검출하고, 평행상태에 있을 때는 상기 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 고장으로 판단하고, 평행상태에 있지 않을 때는 상기 구동장치의 고장으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 구동장치의 이상여부 식별방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제어수단은 서비스운전의 실행시간을 소정 시간내에 제한하는 수단을 갖고, 인버터회로의 출력전압이 평행상태에 있는지 여부의 검출이 상기 소정 시간내에 실되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러쉬리스 모터의 구동장치의 이상여부 식별방법.
