Claims (5)
- 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크로부터 서스팬션 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 디스크 정지 상태에서 헤드를 상기 디스크의 파킹영역에 안착시키는 제1과정과, 상기 제1과정의 정지상태에서 서스팬션의 엑튜에이터에 제어신호를 인가하여 상기 헤드를 디스크로부터 분리시키는 제2과정과, 상기 제2과정의 디스크의 기동으로부터 정속회전에 도달할시 상기 서스팬션의 엑튜에이터에 인가하는 제어신호를 끊어 자유상태로 하여 헤드가 디스크상을 일정 부상높이로 유지하도록 하는 제3과정과, 상기 제3과정에서 상기 세드의 부상상태에서 부상에 필요한 속도 이하가 되도록 디스크가 감속되면 이에 도달하기 직전 상기 서스팬션의 상기 엑튜에이터에 제어신호를 인가하여 헤드와 디스크를 분리시키는 제4과정과, 상기 제4과정의 분리 상태로부터 디스크의 정지 직후까지 상기 서스팬션의 상기 엑튜에이터에 정지신호를 인가하고 상기 디스크의 정지후 상기 엑튜에이터에 제어신호를 인가하여 상기 서스팬션을 자유상태로 하여 상기 디스크에 안착시키는 제5과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서 헤드 서스팬션의 비접촉 기동-정지 제어방법.
- 하드디스크 드라이브 각부 제어를 위한 제어부를 위한 제어부를 구비한 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크로부터 헤드 서스팬션의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 제어부로부터 발생되는 제어신흐르를 증폭하는 증폭부와, 상기 헤드 서스팬션의 상단 또는 하단에 설치되어서 상기 증폭부의 출력이 전기적 신호로 인가되어 상기 헤드 서스팬션을 굽히거나 휨을 일으켜 상기 헤드를 디스크로부터 비접촉상태로 분리 또는 안착토록 서스팬션의 높이를 제어하는 서스팬션 신축수단으로부터 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스팬션의 기록매체 비접촉에 의한 기동-정지 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 서스팬션 신축수단이 압전세라믹장치로 구성됨 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스팬션의 기록매체 비접촉에 의한 기동-정지 제어장치.
- 하드디스크 드라이브 각부 제어를 위한 제어부를 구비한 하드디스크 드라이브의 헤드로부터의 디스크의 헤드 서스팬션의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 헤드 서스팬션의 하단에 설치되어 전원의 인가에 따라 상기 헤드 서스팬션을 급히거나 휨이 일어나도록 하는 압전장치와, 상기 압전장치에 연결되어 상기 제어부로부터 제어 처리되는 디스크 구동 제어신호에 따라 발생되는 제어신호를 받아 상기 압전장치에 인가하는 궤환제어부와, 상기 헤드 서스팬션의 상단에 설치된 압전장치에 연결되어 상기 헤드 서스팬션의 굽히거나 휨의 감지상태에 따라 발생되는 신호를 증폭하여 상기 제어부에 제공하는 전류증폭부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스팬션의 기록매체 비접촉에 의한 기동-정지 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압전장치는 압전세라믹장치로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스팬션의 기록매체 비접촉에 의한 기동-정지 제어장치.
