Claims (5)
- 용광로 슬래그 분말, 실리카 흄, 비산회, 규사, 규석분, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 벤토나이트, 점토, 제올라이트, 퍼얼라이트, 규조토, 카올린, 알루미나, 티타니아 및 지르코니아로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 비수경성 무기질 재료, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 유도체, 셀룰로오스 유도체, 녹말 유도체, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 및 아크릴아미드 단량체, (메트)아크릴 단량체 및 비닐 단량체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단량체로 부터 제조된 동종중합체 및 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수용성 중합체 및 물을 포함하는 혼합물을 반죽하고, 반죽된 혼합물을 성형한 다음 성형물질을 건조시킴으로써 수득한 고강도 복합재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수경성 무기질 재료, 수용성 중합체 및 물을 포함하는 혼합물을 반죽하고, 반죽된 혼합물을 성형하며, 성형 물질을 건조시키고, 건조된 성형 물질을 이소식아네이트 화합물로 함침시킨 다음 함침된 물질을 가열처리함으로써 수득한 고강도 복합재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 -OH기를 갖는 수용성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 복합재료.
- 용광로 슬래그 분말, 실리카 흄, 비산회, 규사, 규석분, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 벤토나이트, 점토, 제올라이트, 퍼얼라이트, 규조토, 카올린, 알루미나, 티타니아 및 지르코니아로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 비수경성 무기질 재료, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 유도체, 셀룰로오스 유도체, 녹말 유도체, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 및 아크릴아미드 단량체, (메트)아크릴 단량체 및 비닐 단량체로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 단량체로부터 제조된 동종중합체 및 공중합체로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수용성 중합체 및 물을 포함하는 혼합물을 반죽하고, 반죽된 혼합물을 성형한 다음 성형물질을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 고강도 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 용광로 슬래그 분말, 실리카 흄, 비산회, 규사, 규석분, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 벤토나이트, 점토, 제올라이트, 퍼얼라이트, 규조토, 카올린, 알루미나, 티타니아 및 지르코니아로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 비수경성 무기질 재료, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 유도체, 셀룰로오스 유도체, 녹말 유도체, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 및 아크릴아미드 단량체, (메트)아크릴 단량체 및 비닐 단량체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단량체로부터 제조된 동종중합체 및 공중합체로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수용성 중합체 및 물을 포함하는 혼합물을 반죽하고, 반죽된 혼합물을 성형하며 성형물질을 건조시킨 다음 건조된 성형물질을 이소시아네이트 화합물로 처리함으로써 수득한 고강도 복합재료.
