Description
Claims (9)
- (a)벤젠과 프로필렌을 반응시켜 큐멘을 합성하는 단계와, (b)상기 단계(a)의 큐멘을 산화시켜 큐멘하이드로퍼옥사이드로 변환시키는 단계와, (c)상기 큐멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 페놀과 아세톤으로 산분열시키는 단계와, (d)상기 단계(c)의 아세톤을 수소화시켜 이소프로판올로 변화시키는 단계와, (e)상기 단계(d)의 이소프로판올을 탈수 시켜 프로필렌을 제조하는 단계 및 (f) 상기 단계(e)의 프로필렌을 상기 단계 (a)로 순환시키는 단계로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 단계(a), (b) 및 (c)가 페놀 및 아세톤합성에 이용되는 큐멘법에 포함되는 것인 페놀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 단계(d)가 실온∼200℃온도하 수소화 촉매존재하에서 반응을 촉진시키는 과정을 포함하는 것인 페놀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 단계(e)가 100∼450℃하 산성화합물 존재하에서 반응을 촉진시키는 과정을 포함하는 것인 페놀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 단계(f)가 상기 단계(e)의 프로필렌을 압축하여 상기 단계(a)로 순환시키는 과정을 포함하는 것인 페놀의 제조방법.
- (a)벤젠과 프로필렌을 반응시켜 큐멘을 합성하는 단계와, (b) 상기 단계(a)의 큐멘을 산화시켜 큐멘하이드로퍼옥사이드로 변환시키는 단계와, (c) 상기 큐멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 페놀과 아세톤으로 산분열시키는 단계와, (d) 상기 단계(c)의 아세톤을 수소화시켜 이소프로판올로 변화시키는 단계와, (e) 상기 단계(d)의 이소프로판올을 탈수 시켜 프로필렌을 제조하는 단계들을 포함하는 것이 특징인 페놀제조시의 부생아세톤으로부터 프로필렌을 얻는 방법.
- 제6항에서, 상기 단계(a), (b) 및 (c)가 페놀 및 아세톤합성에 이용되는 큐멘법에 포함되는 것인 페놀제조시의 부생 아세톤으로부터 프로필렌을 얻는 방법.
- 제6항에서, 상기 단계(d)가 실온∼200℃하 수소화촉매 존재하에서 반응을 촉진시키는 과정을 포함하는 것이 특징인 페놀제조시의 부생 아세톤으로부터 프로필렌을 얻는 방법.
- 제6항에서, 상기 단계(e)가 100∼450℃하 산성화합물 존재하에서 반응을 촉진시키는 과정을 포함하는 것이 특징인 페놀제조시의 부생아세톤으로부터 프로필렌을 얻는 방법.
