Claims (5)
- [A1] (a)유기알루미늄옥시화합물과 (b)시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 포함하는 주기율표 IV족의 천이금속 화합물 적어도 2종류로 된올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀과 에틸렌을 공중합체하여 얻은 다음과 같은 특성을 갖는 에틸렌/α-올레핀공중합체와(i) 밀도가 0.85∼0.980g/㎤의 범위이고(ii) 하중 2.16kg하 190℃에서의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 0.01∼200g/10분의 범위이고,(iii) 190℃에서의 용융장력(MT(g))과 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)는 MT2.2×MFR-0.84의 관계를 만족하고(iv) 용융공중합체의 190℃에서의 전단응력이 2.4×106dyne/㎤에 도달할때의 전단속도에 의해서 정의되는 유도인덱스(FI(1/sec))와 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 FI150×MFR의 관게를 만족함 [B1] 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)가 0.01∼100g/10분인 고압라디칼중합 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 되고, 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀공중합체[A-1]와 상기 고압라디칼중합 저밀도 폴리에틸렌[B-1]의 중량비([A]:[B])가 99 : 1 ∼ 60 : 40범위내인 것이 특징인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
- [A1] (a)유기알루미늄옥시화합물과 (b)시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 포함하는 주기율표 IV족의 천이금속 화합물 적어도 2종류로 된올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀과 에틸렌을 공중합체하여 얻은 다음과 같은 특성을 갖는 에틸렌/α-올레핀공중합체와(i) 밀도가 0.85∼0.980g/㎤의 범위이고(ii) 하중 2.16kg하 190℃에서의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 0.01∼200g/10분의 범위이고,(iii) 190℃에서의 용융장력(MT(g))과 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)는 MT2.2×MFR-0.84의 관계를 만족하고(iv) 용융공중합체의 190℃에서의 전단응력이 2.4×106dyne/㎤에 도달할때의 전단속도에 의해서 정의되는 유도인덱스(FI(1/sec))와 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 FI150×MFR의 관계를 만족시킴.[B-2] (B-1)0.900g/㎤이상의 밀도와, 2.16kg하중하 190℃에서 0.01∼200g/10분의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)를 갖는 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체 또는 에틸렌 단독중합체(단, (B-I)은 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀공중합체[A-1]과 상이한 것임),(B-II)0.900g/㎤이상의 밀도와 하중 2.16kg하 230℃에서 0.01∼200g/10분의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)를 갖는 탄소원자수 4∼20의 α-올레핀과 에틸렌으로부터 선택한 적어도 하나의 올레핀과 프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 프로필렌 단독중합체,(B-III)0.900g/㎤이상의 밀도와 하중 2.16kg하 230℃에서 0.01∼200g/10분의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)를 갖는 탄소원자수 4∼20의 α-올레핀 공중합체 또는 탄소원자수 4∼20의 α-올레핀 단독중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 결정질 폴리올레핀 1∼40중량%로 구성된 것이 특징인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
- [A1] (a)유기알루미늄옥시화합물과 (b)시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 포함하는 주기율표 IV족의 천이금속 화합물 적어도 2종류로 된올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀과 에틸렌을 공중합체하여 얻은 다음과 같은 특성을 갖는 에틸렌/α-올레핀공중합체와(i) 밀도가 0.85∼0.980g/㎤의 범위이고(ii) 하중 2.16kg하 190℃에서의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 0.01∼200g/10분의 범위이고,(iii) 190℃에서의 용융장력(MT(g))과 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)는 MT2.2×MFR-0.84의 관계를 만족하고(iv) 용융공중합체의 190℃에서의 전단응력이 2.4×106dyne/㎤에 도달할때의 전단속도에 의해서 정의되는 유도인덱스(FI(1/sec))와 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 FI150×MFR의 관게를 만족함 [B3](i) 밀도(d)가 0.85∼0.980g/㎤의 범위이고(ii) 하중 2.16kg하 190℃에서의 멜트후로우레이트(MFR)가 0.01∼200g/10분의 범위인 특성을 갖는 1∼40중량%의 올레핀계 엘라스토머로 되고 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀공중합체[A1]의 밀도에 대한 상기 올레핀계 엘라스토머[B3]의 밀도의 밀도비([B3]/[A1])가 1이하인 것이 특징인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
- 상기 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 포함하는 주기율표 IV족의 천이금속 화합물(b)중 적어도 1종류가 다음식[b-I]으로 표시되고,식중 M은 주기율표 제IVB족에서 선택한 천이금속원자, L1은 이 천이금속원자(M)에 배위되는 리간드이고, 적어도 2개의 L1은 시클로펜타디에닐기, 메틸시클로펜타디에닐기, 에틸시클로펜타디에닐기 및 탄소 원자수3∼10의 탄화수소기에서 선택한 적어도 하나이상의 치환기를 갖는 치환 시클로펜타디에닐기에서 선택한 기이고, (치환)시클로펜타디에닐이외의 L1은 탄소원자수1∼12으 탄화수소기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 할로겐원자, 트리알킬실릴기 또는 수소원자고, x는 천이금속원자(M)의 원자가임.식중 M은 주기율표 제IVB족에서 선택한 천이금속원자이고, L2은 이 천이금속원자(M)에 배위되는 리간드이고, 적어도 2개의 L2가 메틸기와 에틸기에서 선택된 2-5치환기를 갖는 치환 시클로펜타디에닐기이고, 이 치환시클로펜타디에닐이외의 L2은 탄소원자수1∼12으로 탄화수소기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 할로겐원자, 트리알킬실릴기 또는 수소원자고, x는 천이금속원자(M)의 원자가인 것인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 포함하는 주기율표 IV족의 천이금속 화합물(b)중 적어도 1종류가 다음식[b-I]으로 표시되고,식중 M은 주기율표 제IVB족에서 선택한 천이금속원자, L1은 이 천이금속원자(M)에 배위되는 리간드이고, 적어도 2개의 L1은 시클로펜타디에닐기, 메틸시클로펜타디에닐기, 에틸시클로펜타디에닐기 및 탄소 원자수3∼10의 탄화수소기에서 선택한 적어도 하나이상의 치환기를 갖는 치환 시클로펜타디에닐기에서 선택한 기이고, (치환)시클로펜타디에닐이외의 L1은 탄소원자수1∼12으 탄화수소기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 할로겐원자, 트리알킬실릴기 또는 수소원자고, x는 천이금속원자(M)의 원자가임.식중 M은 주기율표 제IVB족에서 선택한 천이금속원자이고, L2은 이 천이금속원자(M)에 배위되는 리간드이고, 적어도 2개의 L2가 메틸기와 에틸기에서 선택된 2-5치환기를 갖는 치환 시클로펜타디에닐기이고, 이 치환시클로펜타디에닐이외의 L2은 탄소원자수1∼12으 탄화수소기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 할로겐원자, 트리알킬실릴기 또는 수소원자고, x는 천이금속원자(M)의 원자가인 것인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
