Claims (8)
- 기관의 운전상태에 따라 일부의 기통을 휴통시키는 휴통기구를 구비한 자동차용 기관에 있어서, 기관회전수를 검출하는 회전수센서와, 상기 기관의 부스트압정보를 출력하는 부스트압센서와, 상기 기관을 목표점화시기에 구동하는 점화구동장치와, 상기 휴통기구 및 상기 점화구동장치를 제어하는 제어부를 갖추고, 상기 제어장치는 상기 기관회전수 및 상기 기관의 체적효율에 맞는 전통역 및 휴통역을 설정하는 운전역맵과 상기 목표점화시기의 산출에 사용하는 지체량이 시간경과적으로 저하하도록 설정하는 점화지체맵을 구비하며, 상기 휴통역에서 전통역으로의 전환설정시에 소정의 행정수역에 있으면 상기 시간경과적으로 저하하는 지체량을 기준점화 시기로 곱하여 연산되는 목표점화시기에 상기 점화구동장치를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 설정되는 지체보정역에서 상기 지체량의 보정에 사용하는 지체보정량을 상기 부스트압정보에 따라 설정하는 지체보정맵을 갖추고, 상기 휴통역에서 전통역으로의 전환설정시에 소정의 행정역에 있으면 상기 지체량과 상기 지체보정량을 기준점화시기로 곱하여 연산한 목표점화시기에 상기 점화구동 장치를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치에 사용하는 지체보정역이 아이들운전시 및 가속시로하여 설정되고, 이러한 지체보정역에서 상기 제어장치는 지체량을 저감보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
- 기관의 운전상태에 따라 일부의 기통을 휴통시키는 휴통기구를 갖춘 자동차용 기관에 있어서, 기관회전수를 검출하는 회전수센서와, 상기 기관의 부스트압정보를 출력하는 부스트압센서와, 상기 기관을 목표점화시기에 구동하는 점화구동장치와, 아이들회전수를 목표치로 증감제어하는 아이들스피드 제어장치와, 상기 휴통기구와, 상기 점화구동장치 및 상기 아이들스피드제어장치를 제어하는 제어장치를 갖추고, 상기 제어장치는 상기 기관회전수 및 상기 부스트압정보에 맞는 전통역 및 휴통역을 설정하는 운전역맵과 상기 아이들회전수의 목표치를 소정량 증가시켜 설정함과 동시에 상기 목표점화시기의 산출에 사용하는 지체량이 시간경과적으로 증가하도록 설정하는 토크보정맵을 갖추며, 전통역에서 휴통역으로의 전환설정시에 소정의 행정수역에 있으면 상기 아이들스피드제어장치를 소정량 아이들업하도록 동작시킴과 동시에 상기 시간경과적으로 증가하는 지체량을 기준점화시기로 곱하여 연산되는 목표점화시기에 상기 점화구동장치를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치로 사용하는 점화구동장치는 아이들스피드제어장치에 의한 소정량 아이들업이 개시되고나서 소정시간이 경과한 후에 지각구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
- 기관의 운전상태에 따라 일부의 기통을 휴통시키는 휴통기구를 갖춘 자동차용 기관에 있어서, 상기 기관의 부스트압정보를 출력하는 부스트압센서와, 상기 기관을 목표점화시기에 구동하는 점화구동장치와, 아이들회전수를 목표치로 증감제어하는 아이들스피드제어장치와, 상기 휴통기구와 상기 점화구동장치 및 상기 아이들스피드제어장치를 제어하는 제어장치를 갖추고, 상기 제어장치는 상기 기관회전수 및 상기 부스트압정보에 따른 전통역 및 휴통역을 설정하는 운전역맵과 상기 아이들회전수의 목표치를 소정량 증가시켜 설정함과 동시에 상기 점화시기의 산출에 사용하는 지체량이 시간경과적으로 증가하도록 설정하는 토크보정맵과 상기 목표점화시기의 산출에 기준점화시기에 대한 지체량이 시간경과적으로 저하하도록 설정하는 점화지체맵을 갖추며, 상기 휴통역에서 전통역으로의 전환설정시에 소정행정수역에 있으면 상기 시간경과적으로 저하하는 지체량을 기준점화시기로 곱하여 연산되는 목표점화시기에 상기 점화구동장치를 구동시키고 상기 전통역에서 휴통역으로의 전환설정시에서 소정행정수역에 있으면 상기 아이들 스피드제어장치를 소정량 아이들업하도록 동작시킴과 동시에 상기 시간경과적으로 증가하는 지체량을 기준점화시기로 곱하여 연산되는 목표점화시기에 상기 점화구동장치를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 설정되는 보정역에서 상기 시간경과적으로 저하하는 지체량을 보정하는 지체보정량이 상기 부스트압정보에 따라 설정되는 지체보정맵을 갖추고, 상기 휴통역에서 전통역으로의 전환설정시에 소정행정수역에 있으면 상기 시간경과적으로 저하하는 지체량과 상기 지체보정량을 기준점화시기로 곱하여 연산되는 목표점화시기에 상기 점화구동장치를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치로 사용하는 지체보정역이 아이들운전시 및 가속시로하여 설정되고, 이러한 지체보정역에서 상기 제어장치는 상기 시간경과적으로 저하하는 지체량을 저감보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기관.
