Claims (10)
- 저압성형 가능한 용적함유율로 30%이상 85%의 이하의 보강섬유를 포함하는 두께 0.05㎜이상 1㎜이하인 섬유보상 열가소성수지판을 층상으로 적층하여 된 적어도 1장의 긴 적층체(1,2)의 긴쪽 방향의 가장자리를 서로 중첩되게 결합시킨 중공통상의 적층성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강섬유는 직포인 적층성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강섬유는 한방향으로 잡아 당겨 정열시킨 것인 적층성형품.
- 저압성형 가능한 용적함유율로 30%이상 85%의 이하의 보강섬유를 포함하는 섬유보강 열가소성 수지판을 층상으로 적층시킨 적어도 1장의 적층체(1,2)를 가열하고, 그 열가소성수지을 용융상태로 하여 층간에 포함되어 있는 공기를 탈기시키는 단계와 상기 열가소성수지가 용융상태에 있는 적층체(1,2)를 원하는 단면형상을 가지는 성형구(3)의 주위에 배치하는 단계와 상기 적층체(1,2)를 각 적층체의 가장자리 영역이 인접하는 다른 적층체의 가장자리 영역과 서로 겹치게 접합시켜 루프상으로 닫힌 상태에서 성형구(3)를 감싸는 것 같이 성형구의 외주면에 밀착시켜 일체 이상의 적층체(1,2)를 서로 접합시켜 일체화시키는 단계와 상기 일체화된 적층체를 냉각하는 단계로 된 적층 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 따른 제조방법에 부가하여 냉각후 성형구(3)를 빼내는 단계를 포함하는 적층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성형구가 봉상체(棒狀體)인 적층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성형구가 중공 통상체인 적층성형품의 제조방법
- 제7항에 있어서, 성형구(3)로서 주변 벽에 통기구멍(3e)을 가진 중공 통상체의 성형구를 사용하고 가열한 일체이상의 적층체(1,2)를 상기 성형구의 외주면에 밀착시켜 일체화시키는 단계의 완료후, 이것을 냉각하는 과정에 있어서 적층체의 온도가 그 열가소성 수지의 융점 이하 연화점 이상에 있는 동안에 상기 성형구내에 압축공기를 공급하여 통기구멍(3e)에서 압출되는 공기에 의하여 상기 성형구의 외주면과 적층체의 내주면사이에 공기층(6)을 형성시켜 일체화한 적층체를 상기 성형구외 외주면에서 이형시키고 나서 상기 성형구를 빼내는 단계를 실행하는 적층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서 성형구가 중공통상적인 적층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 성형구가 봉상체인 적층성형품의 제조방법.
