Claims (4)
- 본체(1) 내부에 외부의 전원을 공급받아 자장을 형성시키는 고정자(3)와, 상기 고정자(3)에 형성된 자장의 영향으로 회전되는 회전자(5)와, 상기 회전자(5)가 회전됨에 따라 냉매가 고온고압으로 압축되어 토출되는 토출관(19)을 구비한 에어콘등에 장착되는 압축기에 있어서, 상기 토출관(19) 일측에 냉매 및 오일을 분리하여 상기 오일이 본체(1) 외부로 배출되는 것을 방지하여 본체(1) 내부의 오일순환량을 많게 하여 부품이 마모되는 것을 방지함과 동시에, 상기 토출관(19)으로 오일이 토출되어 상기 에어콘의 냉방성능을 저하시키는 것을 방지하는 오일분리장치(30)가 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 오일분리장치(30)는 본체(1)내주면과 결합을 용이하게 하는 플랜지부(31)와, 냉매와 오일을 분리시켜 상기 냉매는 본체(1)외부로 배출하고 상기 분리된 오일을 저장하는 저류부(33)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 저류부(33) 상측에는 냉매 및 오일이 유입되는 다수개의 유입구(35)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 저류부(33) 하측에는 압축기가 오프되어 평형상태를 유지할 때 상기 저류부(33)에 분리 저장된 오일이 드레인 되는 드레인구멍(37)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
