Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide excellent superconductivity by simple method by forming an amorphous superconductive substance on a heat resistant base, and heating it over the softening temp., following by cooling. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous film of oxide superconductive substance, for ex., YBa2Cu2O7, is formed on a heat resistant base such as Mo wire by PVD method such as sputtering to a film thickness of 0.1-10mum. This amorphous film is heated at least over the softening temp. and cooled for crystallization to provide a superconductor with high performance. The amorphous film is obtained by educating at high speed with the temp. of the base suppressed. In the case of sputtering, the temp., of base plate shall be below 600 deg.C, with no heating, and the filming speed be as high as over 10mu/hr.
