Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ モータの回転子を磁気浮上して回転自在に支
承するラジアル磁気軸受において、 磁気軸受の回転子の軸方向幅の中間に、非接触
変位計のターゲツトを挿入固着し、 これに空隙を介して非接触変位計を回転子の円
周方向でかつ固定子側に配設したことを特徴とす
る磁気軸受装置。 ２ ターゲツトが中空円筒状をなす 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気軸受装
置。 ３ ターゲツトが回転子表面にコーテイングによ
り形成された 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気軸受装
置。 ４ ターゲツトが回転子軸方向幅の中心部に形成
された 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項もしくは第３項記
載の磁気軸受装置。
