Claims (1)
- 複数の光電変換機能部からなるイメージセンサ
に於いて、各光電変換機能部は少なくとも第１の
電極層と該第１の電極層上の第１の半導体膜層と
該第１の半導体膜層上の第２の電極層と該第２の
電極層上の第２の半導体膜層と該第２の半導体膜
層上にあり上記第１の電極層に接続された第３の
電極層との積層体を備え、第１の電極層と第１の
半導体膜層と第２の電極層とからなる第１のフオ
トダイオード上に第２の電極層と第２の半導体膜
層と第３の電極層とからなる第２のフオトダイオ
ードを構成した事を特徴とするイメージセンサ。
