Claims (1)
- 固体撮像素子パツケージと、その固体撮像素子
パツケージの内部に載置され表面に配列された受
光画素を用いて光学信号を画像信号に変換する固
体撮像素子と、固体撮像素子側側面の周縁部が上
記固体撮像素子パツケージに接着され上記固体撮
像素子をその表面に対向しながら封止する透明平
板とを具備するものであつて、上記透明平板の少
なくとも上記固体撮像素子側側面には無反射コー
トが施され、且つ上記透明平板と固体撮像素子パ
ツケージの接着領域が上記無反射コートの無い領
域とされる固体撮像装置。
