    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受光面となる透光性の絶縁基板上に、透光性受
    光面電極膜、光活性層を含む半導体膜及び裏面電
    極膜を積層せしめた光起電力装置において、前記
    裏面電極膜として低抵抗な導電ペーストを用い、
    この導電ペーストからなる裏面電極と前記半導体
    膜との間に、透明導電膜を配設したことを特徴と
    する光起電力装置。
