Conventionally, floors using ALC boards are created by applying leveling mortar on the ALC boards that have been laid, making up for the unevenness that occurs between the ALC boards to form a flat floor surface, and then laying particle board, etc. The floor was being finished. However, applying leveled mortar has many problems, such as the complicated construction procedure, the need for specialized workers, the risk of contaminating existing interior components with mortar, and the time-consuming curing and construction process. . In addition, if particle board, etc. is laid directly on the ALC board without applying leveling mortar, the particle board, etc. will become unstable due to the unevenness between the ALC boards, and may cause "squeaks" etc. It was not possible to use it.

An ALC board floor is constructed by laying particle boards 3 on a subfloor with an ALC board 2 placed thereon, and further laying a carpet 4 on top of the particle board 3. The joint 5 between particle boards 3 and 3 is
The wedge anchor screw 6 is screwed in from the top surface of the particle board 3, and its tip is wedged into the ALC board. The ALC board 2 and the particle board 3 are tightly fixed.

The wedge anchor screw 6 used in this ALC board is as shown in Figure 3, and consists of a screw 7 and a sheath 8 made of synthetic resin. The tip of the sheath has a notch 9 along the axis, and has two wedge pieces. It branches into 10, 10, and an uneven portion 11 and a locking tongue piece 12 are provided on the outer surface thereof. When screwing in this wedge anchor screw 6, use a drill or the like to drill a hole in advance at the screwing position, into which the sheath 8 can be inserted, and insert the sheath 8.
Next, the screw 7 is screwed into the sheath 8, and the wedge pieces 10, 10 are expanded into a wedge shape in opposite directions by the screwing force, and the uneven portion 11 on the outer surface and the locking tongue piece 12 are expanded.
ALC board 2 is firmly pressed against the base material and anchored.

The wedge anchor screw used in this invention is not limited to the one shown in FIG. For example, a wedge anchor screw as shown in FIG. 4 may be used. This wedge anchor screw 6 has a female thread cut at the tip of the sheath 8, and when the screw 6 is screwed in, the sheath 8 is inserted in the length direction.
is compressed and the central part of the sheath is divided into a plurality of strips along the notch, which bulges out in a spiral shape to form wedge pieces 10 that exert a strong anchoring force in the ALC board. In addition, wedge anchor screws that are located within the ALC board and exhibit a wedge anchor effect and have the necessary pull-out resistance can be used.

Although particle board, which is a wood-based material, is laid out on the ALC board, it is not limited to this. Wood-based veneer or plywood or other wood-based boards having hardness, bending strength, and elasticity comparable to particle board can be used.

The floor using this ALC board has the above structure,
Wood panels are laid out on top of the ALC board with their joint positions shifted, and both the ALC board and the particle board are firmly fixed using wedge anchor screws that are anchored within the ALC board. Even if there is a difference in level between the ALC boards laid below, the elasticity of the wood board allows a flat floor surface to be formed without creating a noticeable difference in level. Therefore, a flat floor can be easily constructed even if a floor finishing material that is easily affected by unevenness of the base, such as vinyl chloride resin tiles, is used for the floor surface. If normal screws,
If the ALC board and the wooden board are fixed with nails, the adhesion strength between the ALC board and the wooden board is low, so if there is a step between the ALC boards, the wooden board laid on the top will become unstable. This causes a ``squeak'' due to floating or stepping pressure. Also,
If the wooden boards are fixed to the ALC boards without shifting the joint positions between the ALC boards, it will not be possible to form a flat floor surface if there are steps between the ALC boards. By shifting the joint positions, even if there is a difference in level between the ALC boards, the difference in level is covered by the wood board, making it possible to form a flat floor surface without creating a noticeable difference in level. In addition, compared to the case of using conventional mortar, the construction can be carried out easily and in a short period of time because it is a dry method, without the use of professionals such as plasterers, and there is no risk of damaging existing interior materials. Furthermore, since this floor is made up of ALC boards and wood-based boards, it provides a better tread feel and has better insulation properties than those using leveled mortar.
