Conventionally, floors using ALC boards are created by applying leveling mortar on the ALC boards that have been laid, making up for the unevenness that occurs between the ALC boards to form a flat floor surface, and then laying particle board, etc. The floor was being finished. However, applying leveled mortar has many problems, such as the complicated construction procedure, the need for specialized workers, the risk of contaminating existing interior components with mortar, and the time-consuming curing and construction process. . In addition, if particle board, etc. is laid directly on the ALC board without applying leveling mortar, the particle board, etc. will become unstable due to unevenness between the ALC boards, causing "squeaks" etc. It was not possible to use it.

In Figure 1, on beam 1 made of H-beam steel,
Particle boards 4 are laid out on the subfloor surface on which the ALC boards 2 are placed and laid, through joists 3, and then vinyl chloride resin tiles 5 are laid on top of them.
The ALC board floor is constructed. The joint 6 between the particle boards 4 and 4 and the joint 6' between the ALC boards 2 and 2 are shifted in position, and a part of the joist 3 is along the joint 6 between the particle boards 4 and 4. Two particle boards 4, 4 are disposed on the lower surface thereof. Then, screw the wedge anchor screw 7 through the joist 3 from the top surface of the particle board 4, wedge its tip inside the ALC board 2, and securely fasten the ALC board 2 and the particle board 4. It has been done. In addition, the wedge anchor screws 7 are also screwed into the two edges along the joints of the particle boards 4, 4, and the edges of the two particle boards 4, 4 are connected through the single joist 3.
It is tightly fixed to the ALC board 2.

The wedge anchor screw 7 used in this ALC board consists of a screw 8 and a sheath 9 made of synthetic resin, as shown in Fig. 2, and the tip of the sheath has a notch of 1 along the axis.
0, it branches into two wedge pieces 11, 11, and an uneven portion 12 and a locking tongue piece 13 are provided on the outer surface thereof. When screwing in this wedge anchor screw 7, use a drill or the like to drill a hole in advance at the screw-in position into which the sheath can be inserted, insert the sheath 9, then screw the screw 8 into the sheath 9, and adjust the screwing force. The wedge pieces 11, 11 are expanded into a wedge shape in opposite directions, and the uneven portion 12 on the outer surface and the locking tongue piece 13 are expanded.
ALC board 2 is firmly pressed against the base material and anchored.

The wedge anchor screw used in this invention is not limited to the one shown in FIG. For example, a wedge anchor screw as shown in FIG. 3 may be used. This wedge anchor screw 7 has a female thread cut at the tip of the sheath 9, and when the screw 8 is screwed in, the sheath 9 is inserted in the length direction.
is compressed, and the central part of the pod is divided into multiple strips along the notch, which bulges out into a spiral shape to form wedge piece 1.
1 and exerts strong anchoring force within the ALC board. In addition, it is possible to select and use wedge anchor screws that are located within the ALC board and exhibit the wedge anchor effect and have the necessary pull-out resistance.

In the above embodiment, particle board made of wood was laid out on top of the ALC board, but the invention is not limited to particle board. Other wood-based boards having hardness, bending strength and elasticity comparable to particle board, such as veneer or plywood, can be used.

The floor using this ALC board has the above structure,
Wooden boards are laid out on top of the ALC board with the joint positions shifted through the joists, and both the ALC board and the particle board are fitted with wedge anchor screws that pass through the joists and are anchored within the ALC board. Because they are firmly fixed, even if there is a level difference between the ALC boards laid below, the elasticity of the wood board will prevent the edge faces of the wood boards from forming. There is a joist under the joint area, and the edges of two adjacent wooden boards are fixed to the ALC board via one joist, so there is no difference in level between the joints of the wooden boards. do not have. Therefore, it is possible to cover the unevenness of the ALC board on the lower surface, prevent unevenness of the wooden board laid on the upper surface, and form an extremely flat floor surface. Therefore, a flat floor can be easily constructed even if a floor finishing material that is easily affected by unevenness of the base, such as vinyl chloride resin tiles, is used on the floor surface. When constructing this floor, there is no need to use mortar as in the conventional method, and the construction can be simplified and shortened, and there is no risk of damaging existing interior materials with mortar or the like.
In addition, since this floor is made up of ALC boards and wood boards, it has a lower flooring than one using leveled mortar.
It has the effect of providing an excellent treading feeling and improving insulation properties.
