第１図は、本考案による層流型流量計の一実施
例を説明するための構成図、第２図は本考案によ
る熱式質量流量計の一実施例を説明するための構
成図、第３図ａ乃至ｃは、それぞれ層流素子部の
使用状態を示す図、第４図は、従来の層流型流量
計の一例を説明するための概略構成図である。第
５図は従来の熱式質量流量計の一実施例を説明す
るための概略構成図である。 １…流路主管、２…層流素子、３…差圧計、４
…バイパス細管、５…開口プレート。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定流体が流れる流路主管内に層流素子
    と検出手段を配設した流量計において、前記層流
    素子の上流側に所定の開口面積を持つた開口プレ
    ートを設けて前記層流素子の流路断面積を変更す
    ることにより前記流路主管内の流量測定範囲を変
    更するようにしたことを特徴とする流量計。 (2) 前記検出手段は層流素子の上流側と下流側
    を連通する細管を有し、該細管内を流れる流体の
    上流側と下流側の温度差を検出することにより前
    記流路主管の質量流量を計測するようにしたこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
    載の流量計。 (3) 前記検出手段は層流素子の上流側と下流側
    の圧力差を検出することにより前記流路主管の流
    量を計測するようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の流量計。
