Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable fine multicolor printing and enable favorable transfer even to a rugged object surface or the link, by a method wherein a silicone-coated paper is coated with an adhesive paste, the surface of the adhesive paste is coated with a separating film formed from a powder, a foil or the like of a metal or a non-metal, and printing is conducted on the surface of the separating film. CONSTITUTION:The instant transfer sheet comprises a silicone-coated paper 1, a nondrying strong adhesive paste layer 2, an aluminum powder layer 3, a print layer 4 and a released paper 5. Printing 4 is conducted on the adhesive paste layer 2 through the aluminum powder layer 3 therebetween. Therefore, during printing, an organic matter, in a printing ink does not make direct contact with the adhesive paste, so that favorable printing operation is ensured, and only the print parts can be adhered to the released paper 5. Accordingly, it is possible to easily transfer images onto a rugged surface 6 of an automobile body or the like in a desired manner, without requiring a cutting operation, removed of unrequired parts or the like.

利用者は該フィルム面に所期する文字、図形等を印刷、
又は記入し、該文字又は図形等を手動的、又は機械的に
切り抜き、不要部分を手動的に取り除き、之をシリコン
紙面より離型紙面を剥離して、該剥離面の強力な糊料を
存する面を目的車体面等に接着させ、離型紙を剥離する
ことにより、目的物面に所望の文字又は図形等を現出せ
しめるものである。此の場合、該公知技術のものに於い
ては、利用者は所期する文字、模様等をシート面に記入
又は印刷した後、之を普通手動的に刃先にて切り抜き(
多数同形のものを処理する場合は機械的に切り抜くこと
も出来る)該切り抜きによって文字又は図形等の必要部
分は一応他の不要部分と分離するものであるが、該不要
部分がシート面に残存して居り、之が車体面等転写面等
に共に貼着する場合は誠に見に<<、所期する公告価値
、装飾価値等を現出することが出来ないものであるから
、該手切の不要部分を精密にシート面より針先等にて除
去する操作は誠に想像を絶する煩雑な作業であり、利用
者としては利用上類る困難を感じた次第である。此の場
合始めよりシリコン紙面に強い接着力を有する糊料を介
在せしめて印刷を施し、該印刷部分を離型紙にて剥離し
之を転写する場合は、極めて容易に所期する目的を達成
し、切り抜き不要部分除去等の煩雑さもない次第である
が、シリコン紙面に糊料を塗布しく該糊料は不乾性であ
るため)該糊料層上に直接印刷を施す場合は、印刷版面
に糊料が剥離接着したり、版面に目詰まりを生じたり、
又は印刷インキが紙面に印着せず不完全不良の印刷面を
生じたり、インキの有機性溶剤が糊料と混合して変質し
、接着効果を減殺する等の種々の支障があり、始めより
シリコン紙面に糊料を介在して印刷することは不可能に
近い欠点を存し、実現し得なかった次第である。

は、極めて簡易に意の如き転写を自動車車体其の他の凹
凸面等にも容易に施すことが出来るものである。
