。Since this endless sling is flexible as a whole, it easily adapts to the shape of the suspended object and can achieve a stable suspended state. However, since it is not possible to insert an endless annular core material into a cylindrical bag, the manufacturing method is, for example, as shown in FIG. Put it into one opening □ 4 of the cylindrical bag 3 without a joint number, pull it out from the other closing opening 5, and then insert the high tension thread 1.
Remove one end from the guide wire 2 and tie it to the part of the high-tensile thread 1 near one of the closures 4 of the cylindrical bag 3 to create a loop A as shown in Fig. 2, and then pull it continuously in the direction of the arrow. It is manufactured by putting it into a cylindrical bag 3 and making it into multiple rings (skein shapes). However, if you do this,
Manufacturing is complicated, and since the high-tensile yarn 1 is put into the cylindrical bag 3 by continuously pulling the loop, the high-tensile yarn 1 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical bag 3 and becomes fluffed, resulting in a decrease in strength. There was a problem of inviting In addition, when manufacturing in this way, if the cylindrical bag 3 is accidentally damaged, the entire bag becomes defective, and there is a problem that not only the cylindrical bag 3 but also the high-tensile thread 1 inside cannot be reused. It was happening. This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and involves preparing a ring-shaped core made entirely or mostly of a group of warp threads, and sewing a long cloth that is sufficient for the entire length of the core along the longitudinal direction. It is characterized by wrapping the bag in a cylindrical bag, then turning it inside out and joining the ends of the turned bag together.

るようになる。That is, in this invention, instead of putting the core material into a cylindrical bag like in the case of a cylindrical bag, the core material, which has been made into a ring shape in advance, is placed on a long cloth and the greens on both sides along the length of the long cloth are overlapped. By sewing, the outer cloth is made into a cylindrical cloth, which is then turned inside out and wrapped around the core material. This makes manufacturing easy, eliminates the problem of weakening of the core material, and even if the cylindrical bag is damaged, the threads can be removed. Only the annular core material can be reused in the same manner as described above, and material savings can also be achieved.

It was sewn into a cylindrical bag as shown in Figure 4. In FIG. 4, 8 is a seam and 9 is a seam allowance. Next, a cylindrical bag 10 enclosing the core material 7
From one end side, turn it inside out as shown by the arrow in Figure 5 so that the seam allowance 9 is on the inside. This hides the seam allowance 9, improving the aesthetic appearance, and also prevents the seam allowance 9 from getting caught and unraveling. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the ends 11 of the inverted bags are overlapped and sewn together. As a result, an endless sling is obtained. In addition, instead of the ring-shaped core village 7 described above, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to use a material in which both ends are overlapped and sewn 15.

In the case of casings, it was not possible to eliminate the difference in tension between the yarn at the beginning of winding and the yarn at the end of winding because the circular thread (skein) was made in a cylindrical bag. According to the method of the present invention, since a previously prepared annular thread is used, the non-uniform tension as described above can be eliminated, and the strength and efficiency of the core material is improved.

。Furthermore, even if the cylindrical bag is damaged during or after manufacturing, it is only necessary to replace the cylindrical bag, and there is no need to dispose of the entire bag as in the past, so material can be saved.
