ていた。Traditionally, endless slings have been made by wrapping an endless ring-shaped core material made by winding a high tensile strength thread many times in a seamless cylindrical bag made of a flexible material such as cloth. Endless slings and slings are used as hanging cords for work. ) This endless sling,
Since the entire structure is flexible, it easily adapts to the shape of the suspended object and achieves a stable hanging condition. However, since it is not possible to insert an endless annular core material into a cylindrical bag, the manufacturing method is, for example, as shown in FIG. It is inserted into one opening 4 of a seamless cylindrical bag 3 and pulled out from the other opening 5. Then, one end of the high-tensile yarn 1 is removed from the guide wire 2 and is placed at a height near one opening 4 of the cylindrical bag 3. It is manufactured by tying it to a portion of the tension thread 1 to form a loop A as shown in Fig. 2, and then continuously tracing it in the direction of the arrow and placing it in a cylindrical bag 3 to form a large number of loops. However, in this case, manufacturing is complicated, and since the high-tension yarn 1 is put into the cylindrical bag 3 by continuously passing through the loop, the high-tension yarn 1 is placed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical bag 3. A problem has arisen in which the strength decreases due to fluffing due to contact with the steel. Furthermore, when manufacturing in this way, if the cylindrical bag 3 is accidentally damaged, the entire cylindrical bag 3 becomes defective, and there is a problem that not only the cylindrical bag 3 but also the high-tensile thread 1 inside cannot be reused. was.

It is characterized by wrapping the bag in a cylindrical bag, then turning it inside out and joining the ends of the turned bag together.

つるようになる。That is, in this invention, instead of putting a core material into a cylindrical bag as in the past, a core material that has been made into an annular shape in advance is placed on a long surface, and both edges along the longitudinal direction of the long surface are overlapped and sewn. By doing this, the long side is made into a cylindrical cloth, which is then turned inside out and wrapped around the core material, making manufacturing easy and eliminating the problem of weakening the core material. Also, even if the cylindrical bag is damaged, the threads ( circular core material)
Only the parts can be reused in the same manner as described above, resulting in material savings.

得られる。That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a ring-shaped core material 7 consisting of a plurality of skeins was prepared, in which the warp yarn was wound in many layers and both ends were connected by a knot 6. Next, a long surface that is sufficient for the entire length of the core material 7 is arranged in a ring shape, and the ring-shaped core material 7 is placed on top of the long surface along the long surface, and both edges along the longitudinal direction of the long surface are overlapped to form a ring. It was sewn into a cylindrical bag as shown in Figure 4. @ In figure 4, there is an 8-piece seam and a 9-piece seam allowance. Next, the cylindrical bag 10 enclosing the core material 7 is turned over from one end thereof as shown by the arrow in FIG. 5, so that the seam allowance 9 is on the inside. This hides the seam allowance 9, improving the aesthetic appearance, and also prevents the seam allowance 9 from getting caught and unraveling. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the inverted ends 1 of the bag are overlapped and sewn together. As a result, an endless sling is obtained.

It is also possible to use a material in which both ends are overlapped and sewn 15.

、材料の節約も実現しつる。In the conventional case, it was not possible to eliminate the difference in tension between the yarn at the beginning of winding and the yarn at the end of winding because the circular yarn (skein) was made as a core material inside a cylindrical bag. According to the method of the invention, since a previously prepared annular thread is used, the above-mentioned uneven tension can be eliminated, and the strength and efficiency of the core material is improved. Furthermore, even if the cylindrical bag is damaged during or after manufacturing, it is only necessary to replace the cylindrical bag, and the entire bag does not have to be disposed of as in the past, resulting in material savings.
