Claims (1)
置固定するための固定台上に観音開きに開閉自在に上板
を蝶着し、前記固定台の前記上板下方位置に前記基板の
板面部とほぼ同形の窓穴を形成し、前記固定台および上
板の前記基板の端子部に対面する位置にそれぞれ前記端
子部に平行−に溝を設け、該各溝に流体を封入した中空
の弾性絶縁体からなる棒状体をそれぞれ埋設するととも
に前記端子部と対面する前記各棒状体の稜線部を前記溝
から突出して設け、前記稜線部の表面にフレキシブルプ
リント配線シートの一端を貼着し他端は前記フレキシブ
ルプリント配線シートの中間部を前記稜線部から前記固
定台に引き回して、前記固定台の下端部に配設された試
験回路接続用プリント基板の端子に接続して設け、前記
基板の試験に際して前記上板を閉じることにより前記基
板の端子部を前記フレキシブルプリント配線シートを介
して前記各棒状体により弾性挟圧して前記基板を試験回
路に接続するように構成したことを特徴とする電極端子
