明にかつ容易に未定着画像を受像シート上に固着でき、
鮮明な定着画像が得らnることを見い出し、本発明を完
成するに至ったものである。

来の溶剤蒸気定着法では揮発性溶剤の蒸気を用いるため
溶剤の消費が激しかったが、本発明の定着方法は前記し
た特定組成の溶液を用いるため、定着用溶液の損失も々
く3倍以上の節約が可能であり、さらに臭気、衛生上の
問題もなく、経済性のみでなく環境衛生上も有利な方法
といえる。また、定着の速さも、定着用溶液の混合比率
や相溶状態の粘度を詳1g。
