Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は過酸化ベンゾイルと別の有効成の少なくとも７
種とを組合せて基剤とする組成物であって挫癒にキビ）
の処置において前記の別成分が相乗効果ならびに補完効
果を付与できる新規な抗ダ牢痢組成物に関する。
ｎｆｉ＆はとくに約、／　４Ｚ乃至３０才の若い患者に
現われ本質的にはホルモン異常に由来し、顔面・首また
場合によっては背及び胸に吹出物ｅ面庖又はＶＡ痕の出
現となって現われ、皮脂腺がアンドロゲン・ホルモン系
の直接制御下にある。
この樫癒の出現は、皮脂腺の導管の過角質化が通路狭窄
を惹起して皮脂が自由に流れ得すこうして細菌繁殖に適
した環境を形成するようにすることの結果として生じる
。
さｔざまな治療剤が挫拍の処置においてＰ胞導管閉塞の
防止の目的で又は炎症現象を惹起こす細菌感染に関して
作用するために勧められている。
炉胞導管閉塞を防止できる治療剤は角質溶解剤の名称の
下に既知でありそれらのうち硫黄、レゾルシノール、サ
リチル酸及び過酸化ベンゾイルをあげることができる。
ｓ癒の処置において過酸化ベンゾイルは抗細菌性にも恵
まれた強力な角質溶解剤であると立証されたがそれにも
拘わらず若干の副作用がありその使用は若干の患者の場
合処方できないようになっている。
実際に過酸化ベンゾイルはとくに刺激性で比較的僅かな
濃度で施用されるときでさえかゆみの現象を惹起こす。
これら刺激現象を避ける目的ですでに過酸化ベンゾイル
をある薬剤たとえばサリチル酸又はグアニジン訪導体と
組合せることが提案されているがこれらの組成物はとく
に皮゛膚の過酸化ベンゾイルに対する敏感性に対して完
全に満足な結果を与えることができなかった。
本発明は角質溶解剤として過酸化ベンゾイルならびに、
座倚処置において相乗効果ならびに補完効果を付与し得
る別の有効成分を含んでいる新規の抗脇倫組成物を提供
しようとするものである。
実施されたさまざまな試験は実際にこれらの組成物が長
期間安定であり過酸化ベンゾイルの既知の副作用に遭遇
することなく有効に挫摺を処置し得ることを示すことが
できた。
本発明は過酸化ベンゾイル／乃至、２０重届：％及びコ
ラーゲン質バルミトイル酸、グリシルレチン酸、ビザポ
ロール及び植物分装組織抽出物（ｍｃｒｌ−ｓｔｅｍ　
ｅｘｔｒａｃｔ）からなる群から選ばれた別の有効成分
の少なくとも１種を含んでいることを特徴とする、過酸
化ベンゾイルを基剤とする座痢局所処置用の新規な組成
物を目的とする。
これらさまざまな別の有効成分は過酸化ベンゾイルの刺
激作用に有利に作用して本発明による組成物が特殊な予
防措置なしにまた処置を医師の監視の下に行なう必要も
なしに施用できるようにすることができる。
本発明によると過酸化ベンゾイルの濃度は好ましくは、
２．ｊ乃至１０重量％また有効成分の濃贋は０、　／乃
至２５重量％である。過酸化ベンゾイルは好ましくは乾
式又は湿式で微粉砕した粉末の形で好ましくは湿った形
で用いられる。
コラーゲン質バルミトイル酸はパルミチン酸と動物皮質
のコラーゲンフラクションとの結合によシ、とくに塩化
パルミチン酸を予め化学的に又は酵素法により加水分解
したコラーゲンに作用させることによって得られ、る物
質である。
コラーゲン質バルミトイル酸は水に不溶でしかも通常の
溶媒には部分的に可溶のワックス状固体の形をしており
、その融点は脂肪酸のカルボキシル基から生じるカルゼ
ニル基に接合されたペプチドの大きさに従ってａｔ乃至
７ｊ℃である。
本発明によシ用いら１するコラーゲン質ノξルミトイル
酸はとくにここで参照とし、て誉げる仏［、口ｊｒ許第
１グ３／Ａりｇ号明細省に記載しである。
本発明による抗ａｉ組成物中のコラーゲン質バルミトイ
ル酸の熱度は好甘しくに組成物の全重量に対してコ乃至
７５重量％である。
グリシルレチン酸（すなわちグリシルレチン酸）は／ｇ
α（融点３３ｊｔ℃）又は／どβ（融点λり６℃）の形
をとることのできる実験式〇３０１４４６０４（分子貝
≠７０）のせ草根から抽出される天然の酸である。
本発明によりグリシルレチン酸は好ましくは組成物の全
重量に対して０．７乃至３重量％の濃度で用いられる。
ビサボロールは式： 実験式０．、Ｈ，６０（分子−＃にコ、２Ｊ）の不飽和
単環式第三級セスキテルペンアルコールである。
これは僅かに黄色がかった無色の粘稠液体であってカミ
ツレの精油は（→−α型ビサボロールを５０％まで含ん
でいることがある。
本発明による抗−ｓ揄組成物は好１しくけ組成物−全重
量に対して０．２乃至１重量％のビサボロールを含んで
いる・ 植物分裂組織抽出物は葉柄（被子植物）の根の尖端から
由来する水溶性抽出物であり、香は弱いが特徴のある暗
褐色の液体の形をしている。
植物分裂組織の抽出物は本質的にはＪ、　４Ｌ、　、ｔ
　＋トリヒドロキシ安息香酸すなわち没食子酸の存在を
特徴とする。
本発明の抗棉癒組成物は純抽出物θμ重琶チの水溶液の
形の分裂組織抽出物をｌ乃至７０重量％含んでおり、こ
の溶液はｐＨが６乃至７、屈折率＜ｎ”Ｂ）が／、　３
　／　０　乃至／、　３　ｔ　Ｏである６本発明の抗挫
揄組成物はさまざまな形に、とくにポマード、乳濁液（
エマルジョン）又はゲルの形にすることができる。
用語１ポマード〃は、吸収可能な油性基質たとえばワセ
リン、ラノリン、ポリエチレングリコールならびにそれ
らの混合物を含むクリームの如き製剤を包含する。
これらのポマードは過酸化ベンゾイル及びそれと組合せ
られる有効成分をワセリン、ラノリン、ポリエチレング
リコール及びそれらの混合物の如き適宜な基質中に分散
させて製造できる。°過酸化ベンゾイル及び有効成分は
ポマード用基質中に分散させる前にたとえば暦砕剤とし
て＠質の液状ワセリンを用いてコロイドミルにより微粉
砕する。
水中油型又は油中水型である乳濁液は、乳濁化に先立っ
て水相中に過酸化ベンゾインを分散させそれと組合せら
れる有効成分はその親和力に応じて脂肪相中なシ水相中
なりに分散させて製造する０脂肪相と水相との重量比は
一般にりｊ：！乃至２１　：　７１である。
油相を構成し得るさまざまな油のうち次の成分を用い得
る： ラノリン、ペルヒドロスクワレンなど動物油；扁桃油、
アボガド油、ひまし油、オリーブ油、ぶどう種油、けし
油、菜イΦ油、落花生油、コーン油、はしばみ油、ジョ
ジョパ油、ザフラワー油、小麦胚芽油、シアパター及び
ショレアロブスタ脂など植物油； 鉱油たとえばノぞラフイン油なとｔ 他の油に可溶のシリコーン油。
また若干の合成品たとえば飽和エステルとくにパルミチ
ン酸イソゾロビル、ミリスチン酸−イソプロビル、−ブ
チル及び−セチル、ステアリン酸ヘキサデシル、パルミ
チン酸エチルなどならびにオクタン酸−及びデカン酸−
トリグリセリド及びリシノール酸セチル、ゾルセリン油
及び水添ポリイソブチンもあげることができる。
乳ｆ８液（エマルジョン）の油相はまた若干のワックス
、とくにカルナウバ・ワックス、蜜蝋、オシケライト又
はキャンデリラ−ワックスも含むことができる。
これら乳濁液の形の組成物はまた防腐剤、顔料、潤湿剤
、ｔたタルク・ナイロン粉末・澱粉・ポリエチレン粉末
などの充填剤など他の成分も含むことができる。
ゲルは、過酸化ベンゾイル及びそれと組合せられる有効
成分の懸濁液をゲル化剤例えばＮＬ　ＩＮＤ−ＬＩＳＴ
ＩＬＩｇＳ社から市販のガス相用の気ベントンゲルＮ　
／ｂｅｎｔｏｎｅ　ｇｅｌ）　、又は水相用架橋ポリア
クリル酸例えばＧＯＯＤＲＩＯＨ社から１カルボポール
（ｃａｒ−ｂｏｐｏ　ｌ　）９弘Ｏ又はり≠／〃の名称
で市販され中和した形で用いられる架橋ｄソリアクリル
酸によってゲル化して製造された半固体の製剤である。
所望ならば過酸化ベンゾイルのより良い分散及び活用を
可能にする非イオン系界面活性剤をゲル中に導入するこ
とができる。またエタノールなど但級脂肪族アルコール

如きグリコールも配合することができる。
二座摺の処置においては上記に規定したとおりの組成物
が毎日少なくとも／同意部に０．２乃至７０■／　Ｃａ
の割合で施用され処置期間は患部の皮膚領域に応じて約
２乃至≠週間程度となることがある。
以下説明としてまた何ら限定することなしに本発明の抗
樫揖組成物の数例を示す。

組成物を毎日顔面及び首の挫疹患部に施用し、この処置
を約３週間続けて極めて明かな改善が観察され大部分の
患部が消失する。これらの組成物はこの治療効果に加え
て患者によって極めてよく耐えられ、何らかゆみを惹起
しない。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、　過酸化ベンゾイルを基剤とする挫癒局所装置用組
    成物であって過酸化ベンゾイル／乃至−２０重袖チ及び
    コラーゲン質バルミトイル酸、グリシルレチン酸、ビサ
    ボロール及び植物分裂組織抽出物からなる群から選ばれ
    る別の有効成分の少なくとも／　ｆｉｆｉを含んでいる
    ことを特徴とする抗桂債組放物。 λ　過酸化ベンゾイルの濃度は好ましくは組成物全重量
    に対して−Ｌ！乃至７０車量チでありまた別の有効成分
    の濃度は０．　／乃至７．１庫量チである特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の組成物。 ３、　コラーゲン質バルミトイル酸は組成物全重付に対
    してλ乃至１ｚ重１ｉ！−係の濃度で存在している特許
    請求の範囲第１項又はコ項記載の組成物。 弘　グリシルレチン酸は組成物全重量に対して０、７乃
    至３重量％の濃度で存在している特許請求の範囲第１項
    又は４項記載の組成物。 ｊ、　ビサボロールは組成物全重量に対してＯｌｊ乃至
    ４Ｍ量チの濃度で存在している特許請求の範囲第１項又
    は２項記載の組成物。 乙、植物分裂組織抽出物はＯグチ水溶液の形で組成物全
    重量に対して／乃至７０重量％の濃度で存在している特
    許請求の範囲第１項又は２項記載の組成物。 ７、　ポマード、乳濁液又はゲルの形をしている特許請
    求の範囲第１項乃至４項の何れかに記載の組成物。 ♂、有効成分の他に防腐剤、顔料、調湿剤及びタルク、
    ナイロン粉末、澱粉又はポリエチレン粉末の如き充填剤
    を含んでいる特許請求の範囲第１項乃至７項の倒れかに
    記載の組成物。
