Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve water permeability and gas permeability, by a method wherein an inorganic solid and a molded product made of epoxy resin are adhered to a block comprising an inorganic material having longitudinal perforation at the inside. CONSTITUTION:A dry inorganic solid sizing 1.5-15mm. and epoxy resin containing a hardener, which is enough to cover said solid surface, are mixed at higher than 10 deg.C, molded, and cured on a block 1 consisting of an inorganic material in an appropriate side shape comprising a flat, a concave, or a convex surface, and a molded body 2, having a side in the same shape as that of the block 1, is adhered thereto to form an interlocking block. Moisture, passing through the molded body 2, is absorbed into earth after passage to the side on one side and through perforations 3 in the block on the other.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] Regarding the turlocking block, in detail, the lower stage is made of an inorganic material, such as a concrete block, and the upper stage is made of an epoxy resin and an inorganic solid material such as fine stone, which is made of a special molded body having continuous voids inside. This relates to interlocking blocks.

Conventionally, Interronoking Bronok was made of concrete or concrete with a colored upper half, but in the case of concrete, it could be damaged by vibrations, chemicals, moisture, etc., and mold or moss could form. The surface may become sticky or damaged by dogs, and since it is not water permeable, if it absorbs water, especially in the winter, it may freeze and expand, causing cracks, and other blocks may be damaged. has similar drawbacks.

The present invention provides an interlocking block that eliminates such drawbacks, and its gist is that the block has a small number of internal holes (at least one vertical passage and the upper surface is flat, concave, or convex). A dry inorganic solid having a size of 15 to 15 and an amount of curing agent-containing epoxy resin to cover the surface of the solid are heated at 10°C or higher on a block made of an inorganic material with an appropriate side shape. An ink having water permeability and air permeability having a structure in which a molded body having the same shape as the above block is adhered to the side surface after being mixed, molded and solidified at a temperature of -

The lower part of the interlocking block according to the present invention is a block made of an inorganic material such as cement or reconcrete with cement and hard aggregate, and natural stone is suitable as the inorganic solid material used for the upper part. It is also possible to use slag, etc., but in any case, it is necessary to thoroughly dry it to remove moisture. The size of the above-mentioned solid body is usually 15 to 15 mm, but depending on the purpose of use, it is not impossible to use a solid body of 15 mm or more.

The epoxy resin is used in such an amount that the amount of the epoxy resin mixed with the curing agent sufficiently covers each solid surface and the contact points of each coated solid body are sufficiently bonded.

Normally, the curing agent is added to the epoxy resin at a temperature of 10 to 35°C. If the curing agent is added to the epoxy resin at a higher temperature, the epoxy resin will harden rapidly, and if the curing agent is added to the epoxy resin at a lower temperature, it will take a long time to harden. I don't like it because it requires it.

As described above, in the upper molded body of the interlocking block according to the present invention, the inorganic solid body is coated with epoxy resin, and the coated solid bodies are fixed to each other by the epoxy resin at the contact points, so that the parts outside the contact points are fixed to each other by the epoxy resin. In the interlocking block shown in Figure 2-1, the water that has passed through the molded body (2) flows to one side. In one case, moisture passes through the holes in the block and is absorbed into the soil.In the case of the interlocking block shown in Fig. 3, moisture passes through the molded body. On the one hand, it is absorbed into the soil laterally, and on the other hand, while passing through the compact, it is absorbed into the soil along the concave shape of the lower surface of the compact, that is, the upper surface of the block, through the through hole in the center of the block.
