[Detailed description of the invention] <Field to which the technology belongs> This invention is a concrete block made of composite material, specifically, a combination of ordinary concrete material and reinforcing material to eliminate defects in vulnerability to external damage and water resistance, and improve durability. Concerning significantly improved concrete blocks.

<Disadvantages of the Prior Art> Conventionally, this type of concrete blocks, which are made only from ordinary concrete materials, tend to chip at the edges or corners during storage, and often have minute cracks built in due to the effect of hardening heat. Cracks cause water leakage, which often leads to corrosion of reinforcing bars, expansion due to corrosion, and the occurrence of cracks again due to this expansion, which has a continuous negative effect.

In addition, in the form of failure of reinforced concrete blocks, the so-called peeling phenomenon (splitting) occurs at the reinforcing bar rows.
may also occur. As mentioned above, the cause is presumed to be water leakage, corrosion and expansion of the reinforcing steel.

<Purpose of the invention> The purpose of the invention is to provide an economical concrete block that avoids the above-mentioned drawbacks such as chipping of corners during storage, water leakage, cracking, splitting due to reinforcing bars, etc., and is therefore prone to chipping. For the parts, especially the outer parts including the edges and corners of the block forming a rectangular hexahedron, it is preferable to use a material containing rubber latex which is elastic and has strong resistance to external forces and does not cause scratches or damage. Furthermore, this part contains a highly water-resistant plastic polymer to prevent water from penetrating, and to maintain the durability of the block by preventing water from penetrating through internal cracks and causing cracks due to corrosion and expansion of the reinforcing steel. I made it. It is clear that these materials can be used extensively, but they are two to three times more expensive than ordinary materials;
Because it is not recognized as a standard material by public corporations as a main component with strength performance, it is currently widely used as a repair material for chipped blocks and cracks.

Therefore, in this project, a material with corresponding reinforcing performance and water resistance is provided for the outer part, which is prone to the above-mentioned drawbacks, and ordinary materials are used in combination for the inner part, thereby achieving economical and durable performance. It has been discovered that it is possible to provide an excellent concrete block.

Here, we will briefly explain reinforcing materials to compensate for defects that tend to occur during use of concrete blocks. After manufacture and during storage, concrete blocks are susceptible to damage at external parts, especially corners and edges, due to local differences in external dryness, external damage, etc. It is preferable to use elastic concrete for this chipped portion, and rubber latex or the like is mixed therein. Furthermore, as mentioned above, water permeates through this area and promotes corrosion, so a plastic polymer is mixed in to strengthen water resistance. It is also possible to add plastic monomers that polymerize at room temperature to form polymers after curing.

One of the features of this invention is that it uses a connecting member along the interface between the ordinary material and the reinforcing material.The method of using this is to connect a series of protruding parts to one side of the zigzag wire mesh to the ordinary concrete material part, for example. To,
Care should be taken in placing each material so that the opposite series of protrusions enter the reinforcing concrete material section, and a vibrator is preferably used to mix each material through the wire gauze.

As mentioned in the above explanation, the concrete block made of the composite material of the present invention is constructed by using reinforced concrete material for the outer part with the uneven parts for assembly and fitting on the end face, and a normal material part for the inner part. This is a concrete block that has been manufactured by the company, and by reinforcing the outside part, it has succeeded in significantly extending its useful life at a low cost.
