電源側端子間に接続されたゲート付サイリスタと電子ス
イッチ回路との直列回路と、上記サイリスタに並列的に
接続された積分回路と、この積分回路出力の所定レベル
への到達を検出して上記サイリスタのゲートにゲート信
号を供給する定電圧導通素子とを具備してなることを特
