源として選択した際に前記定電圧回路の入出力間を短絡
して前記定電圧回路を非動作状態にし、前記交流電源を
電源供給源として選択した際に前記定電圧回路に前記整
流回路の′出力電圧が供給され前記定電圧回路が動作状
態になるように動作するスイッチング素子とを備えた電
