Claims (1)
流回路の出力端間に少なくともダイオードを順極佳に介
してコンデンサを接続するとともに上記ダイオードに抵
抗値の小さい抵抗を並列に接続して形成されるサージ吸
収回路と、このサージ吸収回路に並列に接続され、負荷
へ高周波電力を供給するスイッチングトランジスタ及び
出カドランスを有する高周波インバータ回路とを具備し
