Abstract

PURPOSE:To collect a scraped-up matter with reduced water content in good efficiency, by a method wherein the scraped-up matter with high water content is pressed into a densified state by imparting vibration to the same in a dehydration tank and the densified matter is discharged after water is floated and separated. CONSTITUTION:When a scraped-up matter 1 with high water content classified by a wet classifier is thrown into a dehydration tank 4 and vibrated by a vibrator 6, the scraped-up matter 1 is adhered to the bottom part of the dehydrating tank 4 in a densified state. At the same time, water contained in the scraped-up matter 1 is floated and discharged from a discharge port 3. The dehydrated scraped-up matter 1 is scraped up by the partition plate of a rotor 10 rotated by a drive apparatus 15 and fallen onto the screw 11 of a sending-out apparatus 8 from the opening 21 of a casing 9 to be subsequently discharged from a discharge port 14 while sent out forwardly. By this method and this apparatus, the scraped-up matter such as sand with reduced water content can be collected in good efficiency according to a simple method.

Conventionally, as a method for dehydrating fried oysters, for example, in the case of a spiral classifier, there was a method in which the tank inclination angle was set to a large angle <1 or more and the number of spiral revolutions was significantly reduced. In addition, the scraping efficiency was significantly reduced, resulting in extremely unproductive results and a major cause of high costs.

The method and device of the present invention solves the drawbacks described in (1). Scraped food with a high moisture content is put into an inlet provided in a dehydration tank, and is scraped by a vibrator installed at the bottom of the dehydration tank. The fried food is compacted at the bottom of the dehydration tank, and the compacted fried food is scraped up by a partition plate of a rotor installed inside the dehydration tank and dropped into a delivery device, and the fried food with water removed is discharged by the delivery device. A method and device for delivering the product to the outlet.

The scraped food 1 with a high moisture content is dehydrated in the lower part of a dehydration tank 4, which is provided with an input port 2 for putting in the scraped food 1 with a high moisture content, and a water outlet 3 for draining water dehydrated from the scraped food 1. A vibrator 6 is provided to separate the scraped fried food 5 and moisture, and inside the water tank 4, the dehydrated scraped fried food 5 with a low water content is stirred up with a partition plate 7 while rotating and sent out. A rotor 10 with a partition plate 7 to be dropped into a casing 9 of the device 8 is disposed. As the feeding device 8, a screw 11 shown in FIG. 1, a belt conveyor 12 shown in FIG. 2, or a chain conveyor 13 shown in FIG. 3 is used. 14Fi, the scraped food 5 with a low water content after dehydration, which is sent out by the feeding device 8, is collected at the outlet. 15 is Loku 1

For example, as a pre-process, the raw material is classified into scraped material 1 having a high moisture content, mud, etc. using a wet classifier or the like. When the classified fried oysters 1 with a high moisture content are fed into the dehydration tank 40 through the input port 2, the oysters 1 with a high moisture content are vibrated by the vibrator 6, is in a consolidated state and adheres to the bottom of the dehydration tank 4, and at the same time, the water contained in the scraped material 1 floats to the surface 9 and is discharged to the outside of the tank through the water outlet 3 of the dehydration tank 4. The scraped fried food 5 from which water has been dehydrated is scraped up by the partition plate 7 of the rotor 10 rotated by the rotor drive device 15, and when the scraped fried food 5 is scraped up to the top, the scraped fried food 5 is guided by the partition plate 7 by its own weight. As a guide, it is dropped through the opening 21 of the casing 9 onto the screw 11 of the feeder 8 (4). The fallen scraped food 5 is transferred to a screw 1 rotated by a screw drive unit.
1, and discharged from the discharge port 14 to collect dehydrated scraped material 5, such as sand. It is also possible to use a belt conveyor 12 or a chain conveyor 13 as the delivery device 8 to send the dehydrated scraped food 5 to the discharge port 14.

As described above, by using a simple method and its equipment, it is possible to dehydrate fried oysters with a high moisture content and efficiently collect oysters with a low moisture content, which not only improves productivity, but also allows the collected oysters to be transported by truck, etc. There is no need to sprinkle water on the road when transporting, and more scraped food can be transported at one time than before.

Furthermore, when using a tilted belt conveyor to pile up fried food with a high moisture content, as in the past, there was a risk of it falling down on the belt if the inclination angle was made too strong, but this is not the case with dehydrated fried food. Since there is no such material at all, the inclination angle of the belt conveyor can be strengthened, so that a short belt conveyor can be used to pile up a lot of items without taking up much space, which is economical.
