Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a filter of double peak characteristics, by arranging three sets of comb electrodes on a single chip, taking the center electrode as input and picking up an output from the electrodes at both sides with opposite phase. CONSTITUTION:Three sets of comb electrodes 17, 18, 19 are provided on a single chip. The electrode 18 is taken as an input electrode, and electrode 17, 19 functioning as the output electrodes are provided at both sides. Each electrode is arranged at equal interval, the output electrodes 17, 19 are connected in parallel and arranged symmetrically. When an input signal is applied to the electrode 18, a signal of opposite phase can be picked up from the output electrode. In this case, the double peak characteristics can be realized by the effect of phase inversion. The better characteristics can be achieved without increasing the number of comb teeth.
