Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove an electrical leakage wave by constituting a filter so that electric signals applied to two reed screen electrodes are made a negative-phase-sequence to each other, and also surface elastic waves made by the respective reed scrren electrodes are made same as above. CONSTITUTION:Reed screen electrodes 2, 3 and 10, 11 constitute two sets of surface elastic wave filters. These filters are connected as if connection to the electrical signal source 8 and the load 6 were a negative-phase-sequence, but the output signals are added by a positive-phase-sequence since the electrode 2 among the electrodes 2, 3, 10, 11 is a negative-phase-sequence. As a result, electrical leakage waves 12, 13 become a negative-phase-sequence, and are offset. The leakage waves 15, 16 are also all the same.
