Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a resonance resistance as the whole by constituting plural vibration electrodes on a piezo-electric substrate and by connecting corresponding vibration electrodes in parallel to each other respectively. CONSTITUTION:The first electrodes 21 and 22 of a small area are formed on one main surface of piezo-electric substrate 1. These electrodes are connected in parallel by leads 41 and 42. The second electrodes 31 and 32 corresponding to the first electrodes are formed on the other main surface and are connected in parallel by leads 61 and 62. By connecting vibration electrodes of a comparatively small area in parallel in this manner, the resonance resistance becomes small, and resonance division is prevented.
