Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce fluctuations in permeance while eliminating concentration of secondary current on the surface of a rotor by winding numerous fine wires with a conductivity and magnetic property shifting them diametrically to form a linear effective part of a rotor windings. CONSTITUTION:In a rotor 50 having a cage-shaped rotor winding comprising linear effective parts 53 and end short-circuit rings 54A and 54B, numerous fine strands 53b having both conductivity and magnetic property are solidly formed, hardened by a resin 53c mixed with a magnetic powder shifting them perperly. This reduces fluctuations in the permeance and also prevents the concentration of the secondary current thereby lessening vibration noises and pulsation torque. In addition, local overheating can be prevented.
