Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and to make the configuration flat by incorporating a pump impeller and a massive rotor core of a motor into one body with the same material. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 1 having an electric coil 2 is fixed to a frame 3, and a non-magnetic plate 4 is provided on a gap plane, thereby the stator is protected from the water. A rotor core 5 is provided on a frame 7 with a stator-shaft installing bolt 8 by way of a stator shaft 9. Said rotor core 5 is incorporated with a yoke 13 having a rotor-core tooth 10 in which a slot is formed to enclose a secondary winding 6, a pump impeller 11 which is provided on the opposite side of the yoke 13, and a central bearing 12 of the yoke 13 to form one body. It is formed into one body by casting the same material, for example, as ball-shaped graphite, cost iron, or the like, which satisfies the corrosion resistance, magnetic characteristics, and mechanical characteristics.
