Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a switching circuit having a function equivalent to a lock switch, by combining a nonlock switch and an FF circuit. CONSTITUTION:A nonlock key switch S is connected to an FF circuit consisting of NAND circuits Q3 and Q4 through buffer amplifiers Q1 and Q2. Switching transistors Q5 and Q6 are connected to the output of the FF circuit. When the switch S is turned on, a negative pulse is flowed to the input of the circuit Q4, and the circuit Q4 becomes H-level, and transistors Q6 and Q5 are inverted to the turning-on state and the turning-off state respectively. When the switch S is turned on again, the output of the circuit Q3 becomes H-level, and the circuit is returned to the original state.
