Abstract

PURPOSE:To read out data used a selective calling circuit, etc., for radio data for local disaster prevention administration with simple constitution without using plural storing elements by reading stored data in series and then outputting them in parallel via a temporary storing circuit, etc. CONSTITUTION:With an address signal (b), data synchronizing with a synchronizing signal (a) are read out from one storing element in series and then stored in temporary storing circuits 13 and 14 successively in the order of reading. Further, successive readout data are outputted via a gate circuit 15 opened through a timing circuit 12 controlling a simultaneous read and while the final data in the element 11 is read out, the previously read data are outputted in parallel. Thus, the simple constitution using only one storing element reads data without using plural storing elements for respective data.
