CONSTITUTION:The insulating laying board 21 is arranged cylindrically to the bottom of the stage falling section of the coil mounting shaft 2. The insulating laying board 21 electrically insulates a section between the superconductive field coil 3 and the bottom of the stage falling section of the coil mounting shaft 2 while tightly holding the coil 3 against centrifugal force, electromagnetic force, thermal stress, etc., applied to the superconductive field coil 3. The insulating laying board 21 is formed by shaping the cylindrical insulator in the sheet laminated layers and bonding the sections among the layers.
