Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the selective absorbability of the film by a method wherein the CuO film is heat-treated in a vacuum after the CuO film is formed over an absorbing surface at the title absorption film composed of the CuO film generated on copper substrate. CONSTITUTION:In the treatment method of selective absorption film structure with low emission characteristics formed in the layer of CuO film over the surface of a copper plate 2, when the CuO film is heated at a temperature in the order of about 200-400 deg.C in a vacuum, the state that copper particles are partially formed in the CuO film or the state of dielectrics with metal plate particles mixed therewithin is established. Because said state has the same property as that of semiconductor, an ideal selective absorption film 3 is obtained. Consequently, the improvement of the absorbability of solar energy of copper plate 2 is resulted.
